Well we're back! I have been a blog slacker for some time now and have decided enough is enough! We have been so busy since I last posted, so I thought I would start from there. WARNING! This is such a picture overload as so much has happened in the end of 2011. As you can see, we went to Disneyland in October to see all of the Halloween decor. If you have not been to Disney for a holiday, I would advise you to go. They go over the top and I always come home with fun ideas for my house.
Sydnee was so excited that she was able to get her face painted. She got to pick out what design she wanted, the colors, and if she wanted sparkles or not.Sydnee loves Jack and Sally so much. She loved being able the meet them!
I love how they decorate the Haunted Mansion for Halloween. The Nightmare Before Christmas is the best!
Dan must have stage presence exuding out of him. He is always being picked out of a huge crowd of peolpe for these things. I do have to say, he does a fabulous job! :0)
Sydnee and Mickey. I love that the characters dress up for Halloween all of October and until Thanksgiving. So cute!
Sydnee loves her some Donald Duck!
This year Sydnee decided she wanted to be a Pirate Princess. Isn't she so CUTE?! :0)
Oh yeah! Dan and I got married on the 5th of November. It was a great day. I was glad that my mom and sister were there to help me.
Just the three of us. I love these two!
So cute! Right after we took these pictures it began to pour. Thanks Scott and Anna for coming and taking our pictures for us. We love them!
The Jensen's
The Bolin's
Our awesome cake. It looked great and tasted great too! Thanks to Joy Sparrow for making our cake and Angie Bleazard for doing our flowers and helping with everything else. You girls rock! :0)
Dan and I felt that it was important to include Sydnee is all of the festivities. She was so cute telling everyone she got married with mom and dad. She also told everyone "My name is not Sydnee Jensen anymore, it's Sydnee Bolin because I got married. We sure love this little girl. She completes our family!
I loved my shoes!
For our honeymoon, Dan and I decided to go to Florida. Since Dan had lived down there, he knew exactly where to go and how to get there. No maps needed on this trip. As you can see we are a bunch of geeks. We loved going to the Kennedy Space Center. It was most definitely a highlight of the honeymoon. I'm kinda glad we weren't a young married couple who didn't know what they wanted to do, thought they had to stay in the room the whole time, and couldn't rent a car. Sometimes it pays off being a little older. And yes he was definitly worth the wait!
I was so excited to see the Space Shuttle there.
It was HUGE! We were even able to go up into it. So awesome!!!
The iconic Nasa building.
I was amazed how big all of these rockets were. We loved our visit to the Space Center and look forward to returning soon.
This is our hotel - The Calypso Cay Resort. We were finally able to use our time share. We loved the place we stayed in.
Another highlight of our trip was our air boat tour of the Everglades. You can see our captain, Skippy, in the background.
Can you tell what that is?
You got it, an alligator! These guys were everywhere. It was awesome to see.
If I hold really still, no one will see me!
Meet Fluffy. This little guy was so soft. I was even able to hold him.
Wow! It was such a pretty night out on the Bayou!
Just us hanging.
Just married. And we found these in the gift shop. What did you expect in Orlando?! :0)
Universal Studios. We went to the City Walk one night with some friends we meet at our resort. There was so much to do and see here. We were also able to go to dinner this night at a Brazilian resturaunt. Dan was one happy man.
Of course we had to hit the beach while we were there. I told Dan that one day I would love to live on Cape Canaveral. Such a pretty place minus the hurricanes that pass through once in a while.
We even went to Disney World one day. Three parks in one day! How crazy it that?! But we had fun.
Our first stop was Animal Kingdom. It was fun to go one the Safari ride and see all of the animals. We have so many pictures but I couldn't fit them all in.
Next was MGM Studios. I loved the Indiana Jones' show.
Did I mention that I have the best husband ever?!
The happeist place on Earth - Disney World's Magic Kingdom. I do have to say that I like Disneyland's Magic Kingdom much better. We still had loads of fun.
Next stop.... Oakley, Utah. I was so thankful that my mom and dad were able to take Sydnee while we were on our honeymoon. I didn't have to worry about her once and could enjoy the time Dan and I had together. We had a open house in Oakley for all those who couldn't make it our to California reception. It was so good to see everyone.
Sydnee and her best friend and cousin Lilly. These two girls are so much alike. You would never guess that they have never lived close together. They are so cute!
My cousin Brittney did such a good job with the pictures and she helped our where she was needed. Thanks Britt! Your the best.
My cute family!
These two are my very favorite people in the whole world. I love my Grammy and Grampa Wilkinson. I was so glad that they were able to make it to the open house. I love them both so so much! Aren't they so cute together? I only hope that I can emulate the love and happieness that these two have.
The Wilkinson bunch.
The Jensen clan.
Just love those shoes!
I am such a lucky girl to have found the perfect guy for me. We have had our ups an downs but I will love him forever. Here's to many more happy years together honey. I love you! :0)
And then there was Christmas. Sydnee was so cute helping decorate the tree.
Dan and Sydnee make a perfect team.
I love this picture!
Uncle Chaddy came out for a visit in December. We stopped at the Oakland Temple on the way home from the airport.
I love to see the Temple, I'm going there someday! Soon! :0) It's no temple square in Salt Lake but we still love to see the lights. How may places can you see palm tree's lit up?
It was kinda cold that night.
Yay! Christmas jammies!
Even mom got a pair..
and dad did too. This is one of my favorite Christmas traditions.
We didn't forget Santa and the Reindeer.
Christmas morning before we woke up Sydnee.
Merry Christmas. Every year I tell myself that I'm going to wake up a little earlier and get dressed, put on some make up, and do my hair. It never seems to work out that way. After seeing this picture it may become more of a priority next year. At least the make up thing.
Dan is such a kid. I love that about him!
I think she got what she wanted.
Sydnee is so much fun as i watch her grow up. I love this little girl so much. It looks like she was a good girl this year.
Sydnee and her loot.We have made it a tradition to go to San Francisco and see the windows at Macy's Downtown, They are so cute.
"Mom can I have one please?''
"How about a puppy? I've been super good this year!"

I made a new year's resolution that I would try and keep up on my blog better this year. Well it is now May and here we are. So no later than a week I will be all caught up. Here's to a better year than last, with more fun and memorable adventures!
