Setting up AiSDR takes one day once your payment is confirmed, provided your email domain is ready to go and you share ICP and offer information with us. If you need new mailboxes, we will need 3-5 days to warm them up before they are sending-ready.
You can upgrade your plan mid-quarter if you need more sending volume. We’ll prorate the difference so you only pay for the additional capacity you need.

Meeting estimates are based on historical performance of teams using AiSDR, which is an average of 1% median conversion rate from a cold lead to a meeting booked. They’re directional benchmarks designed to help you understand relative plan capacity.
Absolutely! Additional messages cost $7.50 for every 10 extra messages beyond the standard 1,200 per month. To avoid accidental overages, we set a cap and notify you (both in-app and via email) when you’re close to reaching the cap.

Absolutely not! The only thing that defines the price of your subscription is the volume of AI-generated messages that are being sent. Leads are included into your subscription, with the count of new leads you get per month aligned with your selected message volume.
Yes. Since all messages are contextual and personalized for each prospect, follow-ups and replies to incoming messages are counted within the email volume you pick when subscribing.
With Explore and Grow plans, you’re billed every 90 days starting from the day you pay. With Enterprise, you get an invoice with Net-30 payments.
You’ll be able to monitor how many messages you send out via your Campaign Dashboard. Once you reach the limit, you’ll receive an in-app notification and we’ll pause your campaigns. We’ll also monitor the number sent and update you once you’re close to reaching your monthly limit. At that time, you can choose to either pause your campaigns once you hit your limit, or you can choose to pay for any overage so that you don’t lose traction.
