Refund Policy

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), our policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt for most physical products, provided they are in original, resaleable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, a valid tax invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory. Requests made after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

The following items are exempt from return/refund:
- Downloadable software, digital keys, or licenses once issued.
- Custom-built IT setups or personalized software services.
- Consumables where the seal is broken (e.g., thermal paste, cleaning kits).

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, or UPI) within 7-10 working days, subject to the processing timelines of your financial institution.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If the refund is not reflected within 10 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. For UPI transactions, check your linked bank statement. If issues persist, contact us at [email protected].

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased during flash sales or clearance events are eligible for return only if they are found to be defective or "Dead on Arrival" (DOA), as per statutory consumer rights in India.

EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transit. To request an exchange, please email [email protected] with unboxing videos or photos as evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, Aitrex will bear the return shipping charges or arrange a pickup from your location (serviceable areas in India only).

DIGITAL & CLOUD SERVICES

Refunds for consulting or managed IT services are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed at the time of engagement. Generally, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
