Wilmington Trade Center

Wilmington Trade Center

The Wilmington Trade Center is a major business park development in Wilmington, North Carolina, designed to support a mix of industrial and commercial tenants. Phase 2 of the project covers roughly 125 acres and will accommodate buildings 4 through 8 and 11 through 13, with individual structures ranging from 84,000 square feet to over 1 million square feet. Funston Company was selected to lead sitework, including underground infrastructure for this next phase.

Kyndall Cove

Kyndall Cove

Kyndall Cove is a large-scale residential development located in Leland, North Carolina. This new townhome community spans over 84 acres and will include 344 homes upon completion. Honeycutt Construction Services was selected to complete the sitework, including grading and underground infrastructure. Alcrete was proud to supply approximately 145 precast storm and sanitary sewer structures, many of which were custom-built by our in-house box division to meet project requirements.

Hillsboro Town Center

Hillsboro Town Center

Hillsboro Town Center is a multi-use development located in Helena, Alabama, that will include the new Helena City Hall and a commercial development. We partnered with CS Beatty Construction on this fast-paced project to provide over 50 precast concrete structures and 3,500 linear feet of concrete pipe (ranging from 15" to 48" diameter).

Everlee Planned Development

Everlee Planned Development

Everlee is a large residential community by Signature Homes, with 2,344 planned new construction homes in Hoover, Alabama. Alcrete was tasked by Flanagan Contracting to provide 250 structures and an impressive 13,600 linear feet of concrete pipe (ranging from 18" to 48" diameter).
