Wrapped in the myth of Hades and Persephone, this song is about desire. The wish to be desired and desiring someone. I used the imagery of the roman mythology of Pluto and connected the treasures of a person to the treasures of the earth.

I thought I knew a million mythical creatures but I fully was like ‘Moon Fairy?’ Honestly, a mermaid would have been better but I already used this for ‘Ivory Heart’ very bad planning on my side haha 🌑🖤

This song is actually already so acoustic hahah but I’ll always find a way to make it even more so 😌 I think Music Boxes are the pure essence of acoustic and I’ll simply stick to it 🌑🖤
