Okay, I've been talking about doing this for a while now, so time to actually sign up for it. In an effort to be more present around here and to use LJ as more than just a diary or place for fandom stuff, my topic is going to be one hundred memorable life experiences, which is broad but should give me the opportunity to write about a lot of different things. Although this may include discussion of unhappy as well as happy times, the subtitle will be '100 moments where soul met body' (inspired by the Death Cab For Cutie song of the same name) which is the phrase I have always privately given to those special and rare occasions where everything in your life - physically, mentally and emotionally - connects, and you feel like the world makes perfect sense, even if just for a moment.

An entire day with nothing to do feels alien to me at this point - I've been in a weird unsettled mood all day because of it. Fortunately Em is coming over shortly for dinner and a West Wing marathon which I'm sure will snap me out of it. However, rainy days at home are good for icon-making and it's something I haven't done in ages so I spent the afternoon making Farscape icons for a 20in20 community. I feel really rusty but I've had fun being creative!

Day 7, and I'm kinda enjoying being around LJ more regularly, and also talking about fandom more often! Definitely glad I decided to do this meme. Today's question was a little easier - well, given that I'm trying to use different couples for most answers. I often get teary during emotional scenes between pairs I ship, but I can only think of a few that have been really gutwrenching and provoked a completely hysterical breakdown.

Oh, and this meme is now costing me money - I had to buy new user picture space to accommodate all of the ships I want to talk about! Apparently I'm incapable of deleting old icons to make way for new ones ;)

This one is hard. All of the ships I love have great chemistry, so picking just one was pretty impossible. Lois & Clark would usually be my default answer for this. But I can't use them for everything so I've made a decision and I'm sticking with it ;)
