These terms apply to all services operated by Alexiuz AS, including alexiuz.com, Botlor, Generor, Naited, Darobodo, Statility, IOProof, Algatella, Muuic, Dupliself, Nusltr, and Rexiew (collectively "Alexiuz Services").
By creating an Alexiuz account, subscribing to a newsletter, or using any Alexiuz Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Your Alexiuz account provides unified access to all Alexiuz Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account works across every service.
When you sign in through alexiuz.com, a one-time authentication token is used to create a session on the requesting service. Each service stores its own session cookie. Signing out of one service does not sign you out of others.
Some services may create a placeholder account (email only, no password) when another service needs to store data on your behalf. These shadow accounts are linked to your Alexiuz account and can be fully activated by verifying your email.
Each service stores its own application data (notes, conversations, generated content, subscriptions, etc.) linked to your Alexiuz user ID. Deleting your Alexiuz account will remove your authentication data and cascade a deletion request to all connected services.
Oomph is a centralized credit system managed through alexiuz.com. Credits are purchased once and can be spent across any Alexiuz Service. Every verified account receives free Oomph weekly. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds for unused credits are at our discretion. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, free allotments, and per-action costs.
Nusltr provides curated newsletter content across multiple niches. By subscribing, you consent to receiving emails at the frequency described for your selected interests. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell subscriber lists to third parties.
Several Alexiuz Services use AI models to generate content (text, images, audio, video). AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider.
You may submit a website for inclusion in an Alexiuz directory niche by purchasing a Starter ($100) or Growth ($300) package. Each package includes a directory listing review and PPC advertising credit.
Each approved listing receives an honest review generated by a high-end AI language model. Listing content (descriptions, summaries, and editorial text) is a combination of AI-assisted and human editorial writing. AI-generated content is clearly disclosed on the directory. Reviews are honest and independent — purchasing a listing does not guarantee a favourable review.
Alexiuz AS reserves the right to decline any listing submission at its sole discretion if the website is deemed not a good fit for the directory, violates our acceptable use policy, or is otherwise unsuitable. If a listing is declined, the full purchase amount (including any bundled PPC credit) will be refunded to the original payment method.
PPC (pay-per-click) advertising credits are denominated in USD and are non-refundable once deposited to your account, except where a listing is declined (see 9.3). Credits are used to bid on ad placements across Alexiuz properties. Each click deducts the bid amount from your credit balance.
You may purchase additional PPC credit at a 1:1 USD ratio ($25 minimum, $1,000 maximum per transaction). Top-up credits are non-refundable.
Alexiuz AS employs duplicate click detection. If fraudulent click activity is identified, affected charges will be credited back to your balance.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. VAT or other applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. Alexiuz AS does not store payment card details.
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any Alexiuz Service. Accounts used for spam, harassment, or illegal activity will be suspended without notice.
Content you create using Alexiuz Services belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your generated content, notes, or data. However, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Alexiuz AS provides services "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Skien District Court, Norway.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
