ISU Grad Again

Dave received his Ed Specialist Degree on Saturday, May 9, 2o1o. They had a “hooding” ceremony the night before so the actual graduations ceremony would go faster, I guess. Dave’s mom flew down to be with us. It was fun to have her there. We had a great time.

I painted all the bedrooms because I was tired of the same color all over. I had to get the guest room finished because Granny was coming to visit. So I am done painting for a while.

We finally got our snow storm this last week. It was pretty and deep. The good things were no wind, wet snowman snow, and it wasn’t frigid–I don’t consider 30-35 degrees cold when you compare it to the below 0 weather we have had this year.

I got new curtains for the new house. They soften the glare of the sun but don’t obscure the view. I get claustrophobic with blinds.
