Hello, anybody reading this! If you're reading this because you got my assignment, thank you so much! If you're reading this because you're interested in doing a treat for me, thank you all the more! 

I'll start off with some general likes, which it should be noted, as not at all binding. Only the DNWs are set in stone!

That should give a good broad sense of the kind of thing I vibe with generally. In terms of DNWs, there's probably:

- Pregnancy

Aside from that, go nuts!

Anyway, there is quite a lot here, so I'm going to break these down into the sections and then separate subsections.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Solos (Claude, Dimitri, Edelgard) and Claude & Edelgard

Honestly I think it's kind of criminal that the three house leaders basically never interact outside like, 3-4 scenes in canon. I'd be really interested in a story that remedies that! What are their exchanges like? Are they largely purely cordial, or are there clashes (particularly between Claude and Edie?) What work do they have to do as house leaders, and does this at times require them to kind of lean on each other a bit in ways that they might not want to? 

Claude and Dimitri are in my opinion really interesting characters to explore- Dimitri has all his trauma regarding his past, and how that interacts with the relationships of the people around him- Dedue and Felix especially. It'd be really interesting to see that kind of fleshed out and built upon; maybe Dimitri trying to close the distance between himself and his old friend and things escalating in some way from there? Dimitri trying to come to terms with his past in his own way, and how that impacts the people around him? He also plays incredibly nicely as a sort of straight man to Claude, so if you want to take advantage of that dynamic, feel free!

Claude's issues do get explored a decent amount in-game, but more is always nice. What was his life like back in Almyra, before he came to Fodlan? After he left at the end of the game, what did he go on to do? What was his return like? What is his relationship like with Judith- seeing more of that being fleshed out could be really neat! Seeing his relationship with the rest of the Golden Deer and how they're kind of like a really awkward family that he cares a lot about could be really cool too.

Edelgard probably gets the most development out of any of the House Leaders, but I think that there's still room for more there. The game implies a couple times that what happened to her gave her a crisis of faith and turned her from a believer to an unbeliever. What was that like, and how did Byleth being the incarnation of Sothis change her view of the Goddess, or of Byleth? 

Claude and Edelgard are very similar characters, and the game does a good deal of work highlighting that. So I'd be interested in seeing them interact more. Does Claude figure out that something is up with Edelgard, and if he does, how close does he get to the truth? If Claude had more or less figured out the truth before Edelgard was really to finalize her plan, what would have ended up happening? What are their day-to-day interactions like; what is Claude's true opinion of Edelgard? He likes needling her, obviously, but in what kind of form does that take place? How does Edelgard respond?

Mercedes/F!Byleth, Mercedes/Annette, and Mercedes & Annette

There really isn't that much Mercedes/F!Byleth content, and I would be really excited to see more. I'm more or less open to anything, honestly. How does Mercedes realize that she loves Byleth, and how does Byleth realize the same in return? What is an average day in their relationship like? Mercedes is deeply religious, how does that intersect with Byleth being the embodiment of a goddess? Mercedes hasn't exactly had the most pleasant past- how does Byleth help her work through that, and how does Mercedes help Byleth work through her own troubles?

Mercedes and Annette meanwhile, have always been deeply close friends, and I think that definitely gives one a lot of room to work with. What was their relationship like before they came to Garreg Mach? How do they help each other as friends while they're there? On a romantic level, when exactly did one or the other realize that they Caught Feelings, and how did they divorce that from their normal feelings of friendship? Which one of them realizes first- is it Annette, and does adorkable awkwardness ensue? If it's Mercedes, does she wait for Annette to realize or does she try to make the first move, for fear of otherwise jeopardizing their friendship? How much does their relationship change after they get together? Quite a bit? Not at all? Some Established Relationship shenanigans with these dorks are always welcome.

Marianne/Edelgard & Hilda/Marianne

Marianne and Edelgard I think have a very interesting relationship, in that while Edelgard acts opposed to the goddess and Marianne reveres her, they both have suffered as a result of their crest and felt a good deal of isolation and loneliness as a result, and I definitely think that's something that a writer could build on. How do the two of them meet up? The two have very different personalities, so is there initially a sort of clash before they get into a groove? How do they overcome those initial differences and get closer? What exactly is it that causes Marianne to join Edelgard's rebellion? Has she lost faith in the Goddess, or just the Church and believes that it no longer represents the Goddesses' will? How does she help Edelgard achieve her goals, and do the feelings develop as the war goes on, or have they developed before then? 

Claude von Reigan & F!/NB! Byleth

Claude has, in my opinion, an incredibly interesting relationship with Byleth and a really fun dynamic, especially in the way that it differs from pre-timeskip to post-timeskip. Some exploration of that could be really cool; how exactly did Claude's relationship change, and how did the five years of waiting for Byleth change him? Some Missing Scenes stuff that really elaborates on that could be really interesting. Alternatively, just some stuff involving Claude hanging out with Byleth either pre or post timeskip and just watching them engage in shenanigans could be really fun. Or perhaps play with both Byleth and Claude's love of strategies and planning; perhaps one of them gets too involved in planning and the other needs to convince them to rest? 

Claude/Lysithea & Edelgard/Lysithea & F!Byleth/Lysithea

Claude and Lysithea have a really interesting dynamic based off a building mutual respect for each other, and I'd love to see more done with that. How exactly do the two interact when they first meet? Does Claude look down on Lysithea, and Lysithea respond to that in kind? How long does it take for Lysithea to start to realize that Claude truly does respect her in his own way, and how does that change their relationship? Lysithea is somebody that pushes herself constantly, and Claude is defintiely something that wants to look out for the people he cares about. Does he try to help Lysithea dial it back a little? If so, how, and how does Lysithea respond? How does Lysithea respond to realizing that she has feelings for Claude/Claude has feelings for her? Do they still have that sort of bickering sort of fondness when they're actually in a relationship, or does that change? 

Edelgard/Lysithea is an interesting ship in that like Edelgard and Marianne, both have an incredibly tragic backstory where they've both been hurt because of their crests, only the similarities are even more direct. Edelgard really clearly doesn't quite know how to interact around Lysithea- does that create some initial conflict? How does that end up balancing out? When/if Lysithea joins Edelgard's side in the war, how does she come to that decision- is it solely her own, or does she receive guidance, be it from Edelgard or somebody else? If Edelgard and Lysithea do start out antagonistic, how does that develop overtime into something more friendly and eventually romantic; how does Edelgard learn to communicate on Lysithea's level? What is the process like, and how much effort does it take? How does Lysithea learn to respect Edelgard- does that sort of respect come from exchanges during White Clouds, or during the war? What causes the change in demeanor on Lysithea's end- does she realize that Edelgard has gone through something similar to her, or is it something else? What are their bonding moments like? 

After they get into a relationship, what precisely does that look like? Does Lysithea need to chase away people that want to marry Edelgard through sheer power of her personality, or is that not an issue? Is Edelgard protective of Lysithea, or is Lysithea protective of her in turn? If they have nightmares at night, who comforts who, or do they both comfort each other in their own ways? 

I also really liked the M!Byleth/Lysithea S Support, and would love to see something like that develop between Lysithea and F!Byleth. Really being able to see Byleth teach Lysithea how to stand on her own would be something I'd incredibly dig; Lysithea initially being incredibly doubtful of Byleth's capabilities only to grow respect for her as a teacher which eventually evolves into something more is something that I'm incredibly interested in, and I'd be really interested in which of these kind of emotionally stunted dorks realizes how they feel first, and how precisely they go about confessing their feelings for each other!

Detective Conan

Ran & Sonoko  and Shinichi & Ran & Sonoko and Sonoko & Shinichi

One thing that I do wish we got a bit more of is more information about Shinichi, Ran, and Sonoko's friendship before the series started. What did these three get up to? How did they become such good friends in the first place? What were they doing when they weren't solving mysteries? How has their dynamic evolved over time, or has it always been this way? What were things that the trio learned about each other- what were some big first moments in their relationship that evolved the way they saw each other? What do Ran and Sonoko do with reach other when Shinichi isn't around? What do they have in common, and how do they drive each other crazy? Shinichi in many ways seems to have a rather low opinion of Sonoko- how did they become friends? Just through Ran, or is there more to their relationship than it may appear at times? 

Just some more diving into this dynamic in any way you can would be awesome!

Solo: Haibara Ai and Haibara/Conan

Haibara is, in my opinion, a really interesting character that doesn't necessarily get as much focus in the story as she deserves, and I'd be really interested in remedying that. Talk to me more about the relationship with her sister- what exactly is that like? What does she remember about Shiho, and how do those memories influence the way that she is today? Does she sometimes really miss Shiho and need to be comforted by Shinichi/Agasa about her dead sister? How does that comforting work, and how successful is it? Ai is a prodigy, but that isn't something that really gets focused on in the story much. Does that come with any downsides? Does she have any weaknesses in her field, and how does she accomodate for those? What costs are there for her being as good as she is at what she does?

Another option is to flesh out her relationship with the detective boys and Ayumi; she clearly becomes more attached to them as the story goes on, seeing that from her perspective could be really interesting.

Ai/Conan is an interesting ship that I'm honestly rather fond of. In many ways, Conan saved Ai is a lot of ways, and it'd be interesting to see that kind of thing from Ai's perspective. Does Ai save Conan as well in turn? If so, how does she do that? Does she help Conan in ways that only she can that perhaps Conan would not have expected? If so, what are they? Does Ai have to rescue Conan at some point and this results in her realizing her feelings? Do they bond over their shared status, and Ai's issues regarding causing the whole thing in the first place? How does this help them get closer? 

Ran/Kazuha & Heiji/Kazuha

This first one is a rarepair that really grabbed me when I saw it on the list. The two clearly got along basically immediately, so do they continue to hang out and become closer? Do they bond over having two idiotic detective geeks as they best friends and kinda-sorta crushes, and does this evolve into something more? Kazuha is often very blunt but very awkward with her feelings, so how does this translate to her interactions with Ran? Is Ran the one that has to make the first move? And, if their feelings for Heji and Shinichi still eist, how do they fit into the context of the story?

With Heiji and Kazuha, one thing I would absolutely love is a casefic where Kazuha kind of has to play detective and rescue Heiji. Ran got a chance to do something kinda-sorta similar in the manga in the past, but Kazuha has never really had the opportunity and I'd be really interested in seeing that. Is this a mystery that fits into her own skillsets in some ways? Does it involve Heiji being in danger and Kazuha needing to rescue him? A lot of possibilities here! If you want to do something more mundane that just kind of builds on their existing relationship, though, that sounds cool too! 

Kaito/Shinichi

One thing I'd really like to see here is a casefic of some kind- perhaps Kaito is being framed for a theft and has to come to Shinichi for help, and the two work together and in the process realize their feelings for each other? You get bonus points if you do interocking storylines and involve one of the other detectives in this too!

Sailor Moon

Rei/Usagi

I really love the sort of hot/cold relationship Usagi and Rei have, and anything that plays off that would be great. Banter is always welcome! Aside from that, one thing that I definitely think would be cool to play off of is the way that these two are willing to essentially go ride or die for each other at any time, and are willing to sacrifice everything in order to support each other. They're so close despite how little they show it and basically anything that emphasizes that would work great for me. I do think that there could be some interesting Youma plots in here too- perhaps a world without Usagi where Rei/Mamoru doesn't feel like something is right and needs to find her? Perhaps a world where Usagi/Rei are evil and the power of love is needed to free her? A world where Mamoru is missing? Many options!

Outer Senshi & Inner Senshi/Ami & Michiru

I think that the dynamic between the Outer Senshi and Inner Senshi is really interesting, and some of the stuff that is most interesting in Season 3 is seeing them interact. So perhaps some more of that? Some missing scenes from Season 3 where we just see Haruka and Michiru hang out with the Inner Senshi and start to build a relationship, and perhaps see some ideological conflict? 

Ami and Michiru in particular, I think, have a pretty neat dynamic- their personalities aren't particularly different,and they both have the same fundamental element. But they only really get one focus episode together, which is a bit of a shame. Maybe see that episode from Michiru's point of view? Some missing scene stuff where we get more time with Ami and Michiru together? 

Kunzite & Zoicite & Jadeite & Nephrite and Zoicite/Kunzite

Honestly, what we got of the Dark Generals interacting in the anime was so much fun that I really want to see more of it! Nephrite and Zoicite snarking at Jadeite and his plans? Just general banter back and forth? Perhaps messages sent to Queen Beryl complaining about the other subordinates? All these sound like a lot of fun! What was their relationship like before they were brainwashed and drafted into Queen Beryl's army, and so on.

Some stuff about Zoicite and Kunzite in particular sounds good too- emphasis on how these two complete each other, How did their relationship start? What is their day-to-day life like? What do Beryl and the other generals think about their relationship? Stuff like that all sounds delightful!

Michiru & Haruka & Hotaru

Just give me like, an average day in the life of the Outer Senshi Family- which one is the parent that spoils their kid rotten and which one is the tough one? Which would be the one that you went to with problems, and which one is the most goofy casual one? Or do they both play different aspects of those roles at different times? How do they deal with Hotaru as she gets older? 

Does Hotaru ever get bullied at school? If so, how would Haruka and Michiru respond to that? What advice would they give? What would her relationship with Chibiusa be like and what part would Haruka and Michiru have in it? How would Pluto fit into the whole family? 

Naru/Umino

Just give me some goofy normal slice of life stuff with these two please! It can be missing scenes during the show itself where these two get closer and become more attached, or it can be post-canon and we can learn more about the future that the two of them have together.Something as simple as just them having a nice day uninterrupted by Senshi Shenanigans would be great. If you want to take things down a more serious route- perhaps Naru has memories of Nephrite that come back and has to deal with that in the context of her new relationship with Umino?

Mamoru & Motoki

We hear so much about how these two are friends but we never really see them hang out at all or do any friend stuff. The primary goal here would be to kind of fix that- give me a story that is just Motoki and Mamoru hanging out. How did they become friends? What was their relationship like? How does Reika fit into everything- was Mamoru involved in them meeting? What did Mamoru think of her at first? Some missing scenes where Motoki and Mamoru are just chilling out during canon at any point is also acceptable- how does Motoki take him getting into a relationship with Usagi? Does he have any feelings on the subject? 

Hotaru/Chibiusa

These two are incredibly cute and basically anything that has these two being incredibly adorable together definitely gets my approval. Maybe they go out for some kind of playdate, only for trouble to intervene and they have to clean it up themselves? Maybe Hotaru or Chibiusa realizes they have feelings for the other, but the people they talk to are ridiculously bad at giving them advice? (I'd love to know what Haruka, Michiru, et al's advice would even be!), maybe Hotaru or Chibiusa decides to confess themselves and then shenanigans happen! Maybe none of this happens and it's just a sweet moment for the two of them. I just want something sweet and fluffy with them is my point.

Higurashi

Furude Rika/Houjou Satoko and Houjou Satoko & Furude Rika

One thing I'm very interested in is what happens with these two post-canon? Do they get into a relationship? IF so, how do the loops impact the shape that their relationship takes? How much does Satoko end up remembering? Does she have nightmares about the past loops, or recurring visions? If you want to go the friendship route, how do Satoko and Rika remain friends? Does Satoko ever realize that something is odd about Rika, and if so, how does she investigate that? 

Another option is a loop where Satoko gets Hinamizawa syndrome. How does Rika react the first time? What does she try to do to help?

Rika Furude & Hanyuu

How does Hanyuu ingratiate herself into the group post-canon. What is their dynamic like? Does Hanyuu ever have trouble with the material? If so, what in particular gives her issues? Does the gang ever think that something seems off about their new friend?

How do RIka and Hanyuu fare being free of the time loops? Is it a struggle for them to adjust to it- if so, where is the struggle?

Sonozaki Mion & Sonozaki Shion

I can't get enough of the Sonozaki twins, so anything starring them would be fabulous! What was their life like during the Dam war? We hear about some of the shenanigans the pair get up to, but we never really see what that was like.

Alternatively, how does their relationship develop post-canon? Do they get closer, further apart? Why? If you want to blend this in with Satoshi/Shion or Keiichi/Mion stuff that sounds super! 

Mion/Keiichi

I find this pair really interesting and would be fascinated in any story about it! Maybe Mion gets HInamizawa syndrome at some point and Keiichi does his best to try and help her through it. Or maybe they're both struggling from recovering memories of canon and are trying to get through them together?

Shion/Satoshi

Satoshi is an interesting character with very little personality outside being a Keiichi clone, and I'd be interested in anything that helps flesh him out, especially in the context of his relationship with Shion! Shion spends her time awaiting for Satoshi to wake up- what is that like for her? Does she ever start to give up, and Rika or Mion or somebody has to reassure her? 

After Satoshi wakes up, does he ever remember what he did to his aunt and uncle? How does Shion help him through that? 

Umineko

Solo: Willard H. Wright and Dlanor A. Knox and Willard H. Wright & Dlanor A. Knox

I really like both of these characters and would be super interested in more stuff about them? What exactly was Will like before he became so jaded that he left the SSVD? What was the last straw for him, what did that case look like? What does an average case look like for Dlanor? Have the two ever had a case where they worked together? Just a casefic walking me through a mystery that Will or Dlanor or both have to solve would be like catnip for me. Bonus points if you can fit Lion in there too somehow!

Tell me more about Dlanor. What does she do in her spare time? Is she just a workaholic, or does she have other hobbies? What is her general approach like, and how does she usually treat subordinates? Can she be harsh, or is she generally fair? Some background reading her and her father and her executing her father for breaking his own rules would be really neat too! 

(If you do include Lion- they/them pronouns for them please!)

Kanon & Jessica and Kanon/Jessica

I feel like poor Kanon and Jessica get the short end of the stick in the romance department, and would be really interested in anything kind of fleshing their relationship out. Missing scenes style stuff of just the two kind of hanging out and doing romantic stuff while Kanon struggles with his feelings could be cool, or some conversations between Jessica and Kanon or Kanon and Shannon about his relationship and how he feels about it could be really neat.

What if Kanon/Jessica was the relationship that was winning out instead of Shannon/George? What would that change in the end, if anything? What would that shift look like exactly? 

Ange Prompts

In general, I really want more Ange stuff. I'd be interested in stuff like her reading Maria's diary, and kind of reflecting on what little a relationship with Maria she had. I'd be interested in seeing more stuff with Ange and the Stakes, whether it be at boarding school or elsewhere; does she maybe use them as a muse for her writing in post-canon stuff? Does she ever interact with them at all? What does that look like? 

I'd also be really interested in most-Magic end stuff; now that Ange has found Battler, where does she go from there? How does she tussle with the fact that it's not established that she'll never know the exact truth of what went down on the island? Exactly what did Eva's diary say? Did it say that Battler's family did it, or was it something closer to "IT was all a horrible accident" or "I don't really know what happened" or even more than one or all of those things? How does Ange react to that? (I know that the manga continuity seemingly confirms that Battler's family was the culprit, so as somebody that has never read the manga take as much or as little from it as you'd like on that front!) 

It's also worth noting that there are technically three Anges, if you exclude Trick! There's the Ange in Episode 4, the Ange in Episode 6 we really don't get to know that much about, and the Ange in Episode 8! If you want to do a story more focused on Episode 4 Ange, feel free! 

She-Ra

Glimmer Family Stuff

I'd be really interested in stuff about Glimmer's family? Post-canon Micah helping Glimmer learn how to be a good queen, Mid-Canon stuff with Angella and Glimmer, or pre-canon stuff with the three of them together before Micah ends up on Beast Island! I'd love all of it! Glimmer just reflecting on her family and what both Micah and Angella have taught her could also be really interesting!

Finn Prompts

Finn is kind of a blank slate of a character which I think makes them even more fun to play around with! How did they become friends with Double Trouble, and what kind of shenanigans does this result in them getting up to? Between Finn and Adora and Catra, what is their relationship as a family? Is there a Good Mom and a Mean Mom, or do they both spoil Finn rotten? What is Catra and Adora's child-raising style, given how they don't have a great model to work off of? Do they perhaps style it after somebody else? Micah or Netossa or Spinnerella maybe?

I'd also love to see Finn interacting with any of the other Princesses; what kind of shenanigans do they get up to? Who likes Finn, and who thinks they're just a little brat (looking at you, Mermista!), and who do they like and dislike? Do they tell Finn stories about everyone's past adventures? Who does that and what spin do they put on the stories?

Kyle, Lonnie, and Rogellio prompts

We really don't get that much about these three in canon, and I Think that there is a lot of room for fleshing out here! We know they end up in a polycule, how does that happen? How does the relationship develop- is it over the time of canon, or post-canon? How does their relationship work? 

Some missing scenes stuff of their work in the Horde could also be neat, or catching up on what exactly was going on with them in Season 5- did they get chipped? Did some of them get chipped? If not, how did they escape? 

Some pre-canon stuff of the team could be neat too. What kinds of shenanigans did they get up to, and did they grouse about Problem Child Catra or Golden Girl Adora together? Do they reflect on this sort of thing post-canon and how has their attitude changed? 

Do they ever meet up with Catra again, and she can make amends for how she treated them? Do they choose to forgive her? 

Catra/Adora/Glimmer

I am an absolute sucker for this ship, and would love more of it! Perhaps they develop feelings after canon? Perhaps some tweaks as canon causes Glimmer's feelings to shift- more time on Horde Prime's ship, maybe? How does Bow feel about this?

I'd largely just love anything with this ship, so feel free to get creative! 

Solo: Mermista

I'm really interested in more stuff about Mermista. We don't really spend a lot of time with her compared to the other Princesses, and more time fleshing out their character would be super. What does Mermista like to do, aside from read YA mystery novels? Who among the Princesses does she dislike the least? Who does she dislike the most? I think that some interactions with Perfuma would be especially interesting as a study of contrasts, or perhaps Scorpia! 

Dangan Ronpa

Maki/Kaede

I really dig this pairing and basically anything that you want to write for it would be super! Maybe Kaede lives past Chapter 1 and ends up friends with Maki, which evolves into a relationship? Maybe she joins the Kaito-Maki-Shuichi team and they develop a relationship that way? If Kaede survives, does she play detective? If so, is Maki a sidekick or help her in some way?

If you want to do a non-despair AU, that sounds cool too! What brings these two together? Maybe Kaede realizes that Maki is all alone and goes to support her? Maybe they have to work on some kind of class project together? Maybe Shuichi or someone introduces them? Anything is possible and I'd be very interested to see what you came up with!

Solos

I really like all of these characters and for most of them, I don't really feel like the game gave them time to shine, so anything you come up with would be cool! For the SDR2 cast, maybe expounding on their experiences in the game or why exactly they ended up being targeted by Junko, or what precisely that targeting consisted of? I wasn't really impressed by what they did on DR3 so I would be very interested in an alternate take on that! 

Maybe a world where Ibuki, Saionji, or Sayaka live to the end of the game? How does that change things, and how exactly do they avoid their fates? What is their dynamic like with the other characters as a result? Maybe some missing scenes from the game? I'd especially be interested in seeing Ibuki interact with the cast or Koizumi-Saionji stuff! 

For Kyouko, maybe expounding on what her work at the Future Foundation is like, or the events of DR1/DR2 from her POV! 

Kyouko/ or & Makoto Naegi

I really like these two's relationship, and would be really interested in seeing it fleshed out a bit more. Maybe some missing scenes from the game about their relationship? Maybe how their relationship develops as a result of their work at the Future Foundation, and all the time they spend there together? Stuff about Kyouko and Makoto's relationship from her POV would be especially welcome, especially if you get into the nuts and bolts of their relationship and how it works, and why these two care about each other!

Makoto & Komaru

Any sort of super sweet brother-sister stuff would be really cool to see here. Do Komaru or Makoto ever reunite, and if so, what does that reunion look like? How has everything that happened changed their relationship; Komaru has almost certainly become stronger and more independent, and how does Makoto adjust to that? 

Non-Despair AUs of these two just being a sweet brother and sister are also always welcome! 

Kyouko/Sayaka

I think that this could be a super sweet ship! Does Makoto die and Sayaka take his place as her assistant? 
If so, how does that work out? Does Sayaka live to the end in an AU and Sayaka works at the future foundation, and Sayaka and Kyouko's relationship develops that way? 

If you want to do Non-Despair AU stuff- Kyouko and Sayaka both have very busy schedules, how do they mix business and their relationship together? Just seeing some time of them both kind of unwinding could be really sweet.

Or some kind of casefic where Sayaka ends up wrapped up in a mystery that Kyouko has to solve and feelings develop in the process could be really neat! 



Ace Attorney

Family stuff- (von Karmas, Mia & Maya, Ema & Lana, Trucy & Apollo, Klavier & Kristoph)

With these I'm just really interested in seeing the family bond between these characters and how exactly they engage with that! How does Franziska growing up in the von Karma household look like? What are Mia and Maya's relationship like before her death, or afterwards? What was Ema like as a young kid, and how do they put the pieces back together after Lana is released from jail- how much does Ema help with that? Just some general sweet stuff between Trucy and Apollo, especially after they learn they're related, could also be really nice!

Klavier and Kristoph also sounds like an interesting combination. What was their relationship like pre-canon, and how does Klavier adapt to Kristoph's conviction- either of them? Do they ever work on cases together? Do they ever face each other in court? 

Franziska von Karma

Franziska is personally my favorite character in AA, and I'd be really interested in seeing what you want to do with her! Do you want to take a look at what her relationship with her father or Miles was like pre-canon? Do you want to do something in the middle of JFA or T&T, and how her character grows in that time period? Do you want to talk about what she's doing after T&T, whether it's as a member of interpol or something else? How has her character grown within that time, especially in the context of her beliefs about perfection and her relationship with her brother? Those all sound like neat ideas to me and i'd be curious what anybody would do with them!

Mia Fey/Lana Skye

I'd especially be interested here in an AU where Mia lives. What role does Lana play in that? What is her relationship with Ema like? Do Ema and Maya find out about their relationship, and if so, how do Ema and Maya engage with that? Do these two ever end up facing off in court, and if so, does that impact their relationship at all? A lot of emphasis on banter between these two and how exactly their relationship develops would be really welcome!

Trucy Wright/Pearl Fey

I think that these two would be very cute together and I'd be really interested in what you come up with with them! Does Pearl ever see Trucy's magic act? How do they meet? What is their relationship like, and is Pearl still obssessed with getting Phoenix together with someone, and Trucy gets sucked into that? 


Steins;Gate

Maho/Kurisu

I really dig this ship and would be interested in any real content between these two! An AU where Kurisu lives? Some stuff about their relationship in America before Kurisu comes to Japan, with some emphasis on how Maho's relationship with Makise evolves? How Maho deals with her feelings for Kurisu after the Maho End? All of that sounds really interesting to me!

First of all, let me say hello and thanks to whoever is reading this! I am new to Yuletide, but am sure that basically whatever anybody gets me will be fantastic. I'm pretty open-minded outside my DNWs, and largely just want something interesting and engaging that the person in question will enjoy writing, because if they get enjoyment out of writing it, I'm sure I will out of reading it!

On AO3 I'm BrokenBase , so if you are looking for further inspiration for ideas, browsing my bookmarks might prove to be a rather fruitful experience. Broadly speaking, here are some general likes and DNWs I have  in case any of these might give you plot bunnies-

LIKES:

- Character studies
- Introspective works
- Women being awesome/emphasis on female characters neglected in canon
- Fluff, be it romantic or familial or friendly!
- AUs of all kinds, especially when effort is taken to take a basic premise of canon and turn it on its head; I'm a big fan of For Want of a Nail fics and stories that take canon in a totally different direction with one or two basic changes.
-  Friendly snark and playful back-and-forths between characters
- Stories where at the end it feels like the characters have learned something and grown
- More cynical characters being given a reason to spread their wings and find hope again
- Emphasis on compassion and the ability for people to forgive and accept one another for who they are
- LGBT+ headcanons
- Worldbuilding and covering things not considered by canon
- Stories where the characters end with some hope for tomorrow.

DNWs

- Second person narration (Sorry! It just typically doesn't work for me)
- Porn without plot (sex and other forms of intimacy are okay! I just want there to be some sort of meaning behind it)
- Character bashing
- preg fics and omegaverse
- dub con of any kind
- Grimdark/heavy utilization of angst (Unless I indicate otherwise in my Letter) 

Chaos;Child
Characters: Nono Kurisu, Hana Kazuki, Serika Onoe

This fandom deserves some love. Feel free to only have one or two of these characters, and feel free to include anybody else that comes to mind! 

- Poor Hana, totally neglected by canon. I'd be really interested in anybody digging into her story- I really like the chipper and playfully cartoony direction that her route takes in the game, and if you want to go in that direction with her character, I'd probably really enjoy that. Hana doesn't necessarily get a colossal amount of fleshing out in terms of her relationships with the rest of the club in the game, and I think it'd be really cool if somebody felt like expanding on her character in those respects in a story. This can take place during the plot of the game, or even before it- maybe explore the circumstances that lead to Hana deciding to join the group in the first place. I'd especially like some fleshing out with her relationship of Nono and Hana; how do they interact? What is their relationship like? Some broad expansion of that would definitely be welcome. I'd also be happy with something totally off-the-wall that is totally different from the game itself, as a sort of homage toward Hana's route and how radically different it is in content and tone from everything that came before it. I think there's a lot of interesting directions you could go with Hana.

- Serika I largely would be interested in some kind of follow-up after the True End; what happens in her life? Is she able to just live a happy normal life, like Takeru wanted for her, or does she get up to her own kinds of shenanigans? What does she grow up to do? What is her personality like and how does the experience change her, if it does at all? Does she have friends, and if she does, how does she interact with them? Just something that kind of puts a capper on her character would definitely be appreciated, because the differences in Serika's character between Most Route Serika and True End Serika is one of the most interesting things that I think the game didn't really explore. You can also feel free to explore the game from Serika's perspective; particularly the core route, I think that a story that retraces things from Serika's perspective could actually be interesting, particularly one that really explores things from her perspective and what she is thinking as she does everything. If you want to do something crazy like make Serika the MC of Chaos;Child and tell the story from that perspective, I absolutely wouldn't stop you either! 

- WIth Nono, I think a prequel of Takeru and Nono as children could be really interesting- what were things like when the two were first together, before they fell apart? How did Nono cope with being apart from Takeru at first- was it really hard for her? How did she manage? Who did she have support from- Nono is probably not a particularly unpopular girl, but we never get much of a sense of what friends she has outside the main cast, and I'd be interested in a work that maybe extends her social circle a bit! Feel free to also explore Nono and Senri's relationship, and what Senri is like when she is forced to start living life as Nono. What struggles does that have for her? What does she struggle at at first, and what does she get right away? What really keeps her going when times are at their hardest? Is there any sort of clash between the Nono persona and the Senri persona, and if so, in what form does that clash take place? Anything that discusses Nono as Senri instead of just discussing her as Nono is definitely welcome! If you want to rewrite Chaos;Head and make her the protagonist, or tell the whole story from her perspective, I think both of those could be interesting takes too!

Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni
Characters: Rika Furude, Satoko Hojo, Mion Sonozaki

Feel free to use as many of these characters as you'd like, and incorporate any other characters you so choose.

- I would be interested in learning what happened to Mion after the series; did she end up becoming the head of the Sonozaki Clan? If so, what did she do with that power? Using her influence, what changes were made to Hinamizawa, given that the Sonozakis have a good deal of pull that could be leveraged. Did she just make little changes, or did she in some ways make Hinamizawa in her own image? Did she end up getting together with Keiichi, or somebody else? If so, how did her SO deal with being the head of the Sonozaki family? Did this create tension in their relationship? When Mion gets into slumps, how do the people close to her cheer her up?

What's her relationship with Shion like? Feel free to allow this to take place either before the series or afterwards- some sort of flashback about Mion and Shion's childhood could be very interesting. As could some slice-of-lifey piece that discusses how their relationship was similar and different after the end of the games. I think the two have a really interesting relationship that could be fleshed out in rather interesting ways.

- What happens with Rika after the end of the series? How does she cope with being in this new world, and how much do memories of the past continue to haunt her, even after everything is over? How does her relationship with Satoko change over the time? Do the two get closer, whether it be romantically or not? How does their dynamic change and evolve over time?

I'd also potentially be interested in seeing her POV set during some of the earlier doomed timelines; how did she react when things started to fall apart, what did she try that failed? How did she cope with her failures before turning to alcohol? I'll have some leeway on darkness here, because obviously this sort of story is liable to be incredibly dark. But I think it could be interesting!

- With Satoko, feel free to explore her childhood, particularly her relationship with Satoshi. I think that overall Satoko's relationship with her brother is something that doesn't necessarily get as much focus as it should in the games, despite how much it is talked about. Having some time to really flesh that out could be really interesting. I also would be very interested in Satoko reflecting on her and Rika's relationship, and potentially how it could change over time.

In addition, though this is also quite dark, I'd potentially be interested in seeing Episode 3 from Satoko's POV; something akin to Episode 5, only told from Satoko's perspective. It might be a bit of a challenge, but i think I'd be interested in reading it!

PREFERRED SHIPS: Mion/Keiichi (though I'm not against Mion/Rena or Mion/Rena/Keiichi), Satoko/Rika, Shion/Satoshi

Umineko no Naku Koro Ni
Characters: Willard H. Wright, Lion Ushiromiya

I want these two to be in the story together.

- One thing that would be really appreciated is some exploration of Will and Lion's relationship. How do the two get closer after the end of the games? What adventures in the metaverse do the two have? Does Will ever take Lion out to help him investigate cases- if so, what is that like? What would a day out or date with these two be like? If Lion comes to Will heartbroken, or Will becomes consumed by doubts and cynicism, how exactly would the other comfort them? I would also be interested in some gaps being closed between the end of Episode 7 and Episode 8; what does Lion feel about the extents Will goes to fight for them, and does that impact their perception of him? And what was their reaction to being rescued, and how did that influence their relationship with their rescuer? 

Overall, I'm pretty open in terms of preferences here. I honestly just want cute and charming banter between these two and an exploration of their relationship and how the two compliment each other; whether that be platonic or romantic, I don't particularly care that much. I would prefer if Lion were referred to with "they/them" pronouns if at all possible, though.

PREFERRED PAIRINGS: Will/Lion, Bernkastel/Lamba, Battler/Beato

Zero Escape
Characters: Phi, Junpei Tenmyouji, Carlos, Akane Kuroshiki

I'd be happy to see all four of these characters in the story, but feel free to have as many or as few as you want! And feel free to incorporate other characters too! 

- I am a sucker for stories of Zero Escape from narrators that aren't Sigma and Junpei. Tell me the story of VLR or 999 or ZTD from Akane or Phi's point of view. How did they react to everything that unfolded- what turmoils did they face? What struggles did they have? How exactly did Akane deal with her need to keep everything secret from Junpei, and helping her brother murder multiple people? Was she perfectly okay with it, or did she start to have second thoughts? 

Stories in this vein from before the games are really good too. Phi and Akane's pasts are an absolute mystery in many senses- we don't know what really went on in the time between the first Nonary Game and the second, and we basically know nothing about Phi's past at all. I'd love a story that really played with this- what doubts did Akane or Aoi have in the downtime, and how did they comfort each other regarding what it is that they had to do? What did Phi do before she got abducted? What kind of life did she live, and how did it make her into the person that she was in VLR and ZTD? I'd love some exploration of Akane, Aoi, and/or Phi's past that reflects on how this made them the characters we know and love.

- Alternatively, have it take place after the end of the games! Did Phi join Crash Keys along with Junpei? If so, what is their dynamic like? Do the two get along well, do they clash? Does Phi knowing Junpei from an alternate timeline change their relationship at all, or how Phi interacts with him? How do the pair interact with Akane? I'm a fan of Phi/Akane, but it doesn't need to be strictly romantic; Phi's feelings could be largely friendly and professional; how does Akane deal with these feelings and does she reciprocate them? What is their dynamic like? Really my favorite thing in the world would be seeing Junpei, Akane, and Phi just solving some kind of caper together ad members of Crash Keys (Ideally with help from others like Aoi and Carlos!), and maybe digging further into their relationships and how the three characters engage with each other.

- How does Phi interact with Sigma and Diana after everything? If this prompt would interest you more, I'd be fascinated in some fleshing out regarding Phi's newfound family and how exactly she interacts with them and just some happy Phi Family Fluff. Feel free to go this route too! 

- After ZTD, did Carlos stay close with Junpei and Akane? Whether they got romantically involved or not, did they stay close friends? What was that friendship like? Did Carlos join their crusade at Crash Keys, or was he too busy with his sister? Regardless, do they stay in touch? If they are in a relationship, does it often need to be slightly long-distance? Akane and Junpei are often people that seem to enjoy being on the move, and that could potentially result in a more physically distant relationship. Is that something Carlos needs to learn to cope with? If so, how does he do that? 

PREFERRED SHIPS: Phi/Akane, Junpei/Akane, Phi/Akane/Junpei, Carlos/Junpei, Carlos/Junpei/Akane
