My name is Ammar Charaf and I am a faith inspired artist and chemistry teacher. I perform a variety of traditional and modern Islamic songs, recite portions of The Holy Quran, and deliver engaging speeches and presentations for all occasions. I specialize in events and programs geared towards university students, youth, and young children.
A born and raised American-Muslim with diverse roots, I try to highlight the beauty that emerges because of our diversity. Just like different elements can come together to form new substances, when we learn about one another, and work together, we can create and accomplish things we never thought were possible!
I have performed and presented at hundreds of events over the past 15 years including mosques, schools, universities, weddings, fundraisers, and interfaith events. Through my work, I hope to share the beautiful message of Islam in order to build bridges of understanding between people of different
cultures and faiths.

While I am based in New Jersey, I love to travel and contribute everywhere I can. Each event is a chance to make a positive impact, meet new people and learn from others.
In my free time I like to create inspirational content, write songs, attend Islamic programs, travel and spend time with my family.
