Hi, I created a survey triggered by the "email confirmed" event, which is supposed to show up when users from a specific cohort log into their account. The problem is that the survey doesn't appear right away — there's a delay, sometimes a very long one. Can you help me figure out what's going on? Is this a known…
I am struggling to make a chart that shows the least used events in my product. I have made a data table and tried to sort the TOTALS Low-to-High so that I can see what users have the lowest engagement with. However, I get a warning saying that sorting will only reorder the top 100 lines, rather than showing me new events.…
Hey everyone, one of our Korean customers put together this Amplitude guidebook in Korean. I wanted to share it here with the community in case it's helpful! Here's what was shared in the original post: 앰플리튜드 가이드북 무료 배포 Chapter 15개의 앰플리튜드 가이드북을 공유합니다. 저는 무언가를 배울 때 가장 근간이 되는 도움말, 공식문서 등을 보면서 학습합니다. 앰플리튜드를 한창 학습하던 시기에는 헬프…
Hi everyone, We're using Amplitude's S3 export and noticed that for every export batch, two files are created in our bucket: 1. A `_complete` file (0 bytes, seems to be a flag/marker) 2. A `.json.gz` file (the actual event data) The actual data lives entirely in the `.json.gz` file, so the `_complete` file doesn't seem to…
Hello. I'm getting stuck trying to calculate a metric for my team. I'm trying to measure the median Session Duration for users who are looking at a pop-up modal. Here's my formula. Can someone help me figure out how to get around this error?
If you create a Data Table and start adding columns as group by options and you want to use time-related fields you only have the options of Hour of the Day and Date, but not something like Timestamp. So, if two events happen within the same hour, there's no way of knowing which came first. My question is: has anyone ever…
Hello, We have a blank screen after adding in Amplitude/Session replay into our app, it seems like some windows appear for a breif second before dissapearing back to the black screen. Currently are app is NOT using Jetpack compose. This is on a samsung active 3,
I recently switch authentication for the user exporting data from Amplitude to Snowflake from username password to key-pair authentication. I follow the instruction on screen, but every time I switch from pw to key-pair, the export fails with the following code Errors<br />Error Type: <br />Snowflake<br />Time: <br…
Effective March 10, 2026, we will stop creating flag and experiment user properties ({flag-key} = assigned_variant) on the Assignment event for remote evaluation. Customers using remote evaluation for flags or experiments are required to log an Amplitude exposure event. Event properties on the Assignment event will remain…

It would be really helpful if Amplitude showed which survey a piece of feedback belongs to. Right now, it’s hard to tell where comments originate when multiple surveys are active. As a bonus, it would also be great if the feedback text matched the UI language (currently, mine shows in German).
It would be great to have the option of playing back video (and having the video preview) in a 9:16 (vertical) orientation so that an end user of a video in a guide didn't have to full-screen the video in order to have it play in the correct orientation. It would also be great to have support for Wistia as more and more…
Hi, I’d like to request a feature: it would be really helpful to have the ability to shuffle or reorder properties within an event, especially when grouping. Right now, adjusting the order of grouped outputs is quite cumbersome.
When changing a property value, because we often have complex and long values, we paste the exact value in the search bar. However the matching value will appear at the very top but all other values will remain, which makes the search complex and we lose a few seconds each time Here is a loom to show my point Thanks !!
I am creating a template for our experiments dashboards I would like it to be as self serve as possible, making stakeholders changing the fewest things as possible. They have the ability to change the properties values but NOT the exposure key, which is a problem as they have to go in every chart and change the key, which…
Every time I go into a new chart I need to save even when i don't make any changes, which results in the chart getting duplicated
Hi everyone I have a situation with events + Flutter SDK versions and I’d really appreciate some help. Context At some point in the past we had events configured and working. Later (as far as I understand) our subscription expired, we didn’t upgrade the SDK to v4, and now the setup looks partially broken. Currently: Some…
Hello, If a user triggers multiple exposure events, does Amplitude record these in aggregate in the Analysis section of an experiment, or does it only record one exposure event?
