I got these for Pilates and I'm so excited. They are very good quality. The stretchiness is going to be interesting the heavy is a lot heavier than I was expecting. But I haven't done much with resistance bands before so that's not saying much. The inside has a grippy material weaved in. Almost like a rubber band. It is dark gray and you can see it in my photos. It stays in place great and I love them. I think they were a still at the price I got them for. They are amazing quality. I don't see any flaws in them!

These don’t slip, even during donkey kicks or fire hydrants! They are thick, durable, offer excellent resistance, and hold up well in the sauna heat at hotworx. I use these for the “hot buns” class at hotworx and they are perfect. Love the three levels of resistance as well, and the carrying bag is good for both transporting and washing the bands.
