I have been needing a book to read to help me through a hard time I was going through and came across this on instagram. I picked it up after reading the reviews and it was one of those books that make you hug it after each page. Each page makes you think deeply into your own life and path and it makes you want to live a better life for you. The words by the author speak to you in a way that is familiar and it transformed my difficult time into a time of healing, empowerment, softness, gratification, and self discovery. The journey of returning home to yourself starts with you. I love this book of poetry Unravel. I started journaling words of expression that resonated with me from different poets.
