I ordered this fan in 2023 and three years later one of the LED lights went dead making it much dimmer. My husband reached out to the company and within a few weeks, after verifying the correct part was needed, they sent out a replacement free of charge. That's amazing!
About the fan, it doesn't move around on the ceiling, it's very quiet and moves a good amount of air. The music is good, not great, but good quality with the bluetooth. My Mother in law loved it so much she bought two and I bought an extra one for the kitchen so I'd have to give this company more than 5 stars if I could. The product is fantastic and their customer service is fantastic!

I Love this very unique ceiling fan, it works really well, Light quality is great, it cools very well and I love the hidden fan blades. The Bluetooth speaker works great. Very clear and the volume is pleasant.
My only problem was that when installing. It was difficult to place the power box under cover without the wiring coming loose. It stop working for a while because the wiring came loose while using. However after purchasing smaller wire connectors.

Update again: I've changed the review again and given them 5 stars because their customer service is great! They respond quickly and are very helpful. They realize there are some hardware issues (not a biggie as long as they're willing to help address them, and this company is). The light and fan stopped working. I reached out to their service department and they are sending replacement parts again. Most companies would tell you too bad. For this alone, I would but the fan again. Before it stopped working, it was great. The lights are fun. The audio is good. My kid absolutely loves it!

Update: the company reached out and sent replacement pieces for the inoperable parts. The necessary parts came separately. So far it seems to be working. However, this takes time to set up and we essentially had so take the whole thing apart in order to replace the parts. I probably would not buy this again because of the inconvenience of having to install it twice.

Original: Although we initially loved this, we were quickly beaten down.

Our first clue should have been that the audio connection wires broke. At first we didn't care because we weren't planning on hooking it up, and if we decided to do it later, I'm pretty handy with a soldering iron. We should have returned it at this point, but were excited to surprise our daughter with a cool light.

We got it installed and loved it. So easy to use. That lasted for 1 day though. After that, it just quite working. Time is a valuable commodity for us, so to take the time to install it, have it work, then it stops and we have to now take the time to uninstall it.

Once we got it installed, and it worked, we threw the box away so now can't return it not that it doesn't work.

I purchased this ceiling light about 3 years ago and had it professionally installed by a licensed electrician. It worked fine until recently, but this past week it has started blinking intermittently on its own, without touching the light switch.

Nothing else has changed with the wiring or electrical system, so this appears to be an issue with the fixture itself over time. Disappointed that it’s failing after a relatively short lifespan, especially given professional installation.

This fan was just the perfect addition to my “repurpose a room project” of a fancy dressing room. It has a very clean lavish appearance (not even hinting that it’s actually a fan) with shining crystals that bend light in a sparkling appearance on the wall and ceiling. The clear blades are hidden until the fan feature is turned on (by a handy remote), where they pop out from the sides and are clear looking as the quietly spin to provide accurate air flow offered in both directions cooling off the room without dusty blades visibly spinning on the ceiling. This unit was light weight and easy to install. It fit perfectly in my 10x12 dressing room. It has a bonus feature of blue toothing to my phone so I can play my favorite tunes while I get ready. Talk about a multi functioning fan!! Definitely worth every penny and a great value for the price. This is a unique fan that you can’t just walk into your local hardware store and pick out of their display. My only complaint about this fan was that it didn’t come with any replacement crystals. I hope in the future that doesn’t become an issue, because it would look very weird if there was a missing crystal.

If you are willing to ignore the cheapest quality, this is your fan with fancy lighting and a speaker. Beaten up package with screws falling out at unpacking makes you wonder. Take your chances and you will find only one screw missing. Upon testing everything is functional. Now you are left with your luck as to how long this thing will last. All the best.
