Aonijie cross-country sports backpack, in order to make your steps more silky, our backpack weighs only 190 grams, like a feather attached to your body, you can completely ignore it. However, although this backpack is as light as a feather, it has a large capacity of 5 liters and can accommodate a series of necessary equipment for off-roading. No matter in terms of fabric or design, this backpack can bring you the most comfortable service and make your running more comfortable.

Good quality comes from good materials

The Aonijie cross-country backpack uses the duraflex buckle. This buckle is characterized by its firmness, so there is no need to worry about it breaking or breaking during exercise. The fabric of the backpack is made of elastic cloth, which can perfectly fit our body without any discomfort. The SBS zippers used in backpack zippers, as we know, the advantages of this brand's zippers are not only smooth but also smooth.

External design

We designed a clothing storage mesh bag on the outside of the backpack, which can store light or compact clothing such as sun protection clothing. This is a great little hydration vest. It’s amazing great value for money and rivals the very expensive ones as the quality and type of materials used are very similar to the higher end brands. I use this on shorter city runs. You can fit a bladder in the back. I just use the front for one soft flask, and can then stash a light jacket and t-shirt in the back to change into after my run. There’s another little pouch in the back that works well too for snacks. I’d definitely recommend this. I’ve had it a couple of years now and it has held up well.

For the money, you really can't beat this if you're looking for a running vest, especially one that carries a lot of water. It is comfortable and extremely light weight. I've taken to wearing it for both my short and long runs, just for the pockets on it to carry my phone, keys, AirPods case in case of rain, etc. because I can't stand the bouncing of a belt and prefer my hands free. The water bladder that comes with it works great for hikes and keeps the water relatively cool even in the brutal heat we've had lately. I've tried running with it intermittently on trails when hiking and find it a bit annoying as it sloshes and bounces just a bit, and pulls the vest back on me, but I'm super slender up top so maybe a different build wouldn't have that issue. I'm working on a good alternate option for mid-distance runs--planning to try filling it just half way for this weekend's long run--I really don't need it full anyways. My plan when I got it for running had been to fit my soft squeezable handheld size water bottles in those front pockets but turns out they're just a bit too narrow or shallow when the bottles are full to fit without hanging halfway out. Going to see if I can find some smaller ones to fit...but if I can find that to use with this vest, this becomes one of my all-time fav running purchases.

I ran my first marathon with this thing. To be more exact, the first time I ever wore this thing was for my marathon LOL. It held a 1.5L water bladder, 500ml bottle with electrolytes, and some energy gummies perfectly. I just love how lightweight it is. It did not get in my way at all or cause any irritation/rubbing.

Only complaint is the zipping pouch could be a little bigger for my phone. I don't carry my phone in it cause it's too tight, but it's a perfect pocket for other stuff like keys or wallet. The little medicine pouches I feel like are useless because they are so small for anything else besides medicine which I don't carry with me.

I spent a lot of time looking for a running vest before deciding on this one. It has many little pockets and areas to hold things. I typically take my phone, my keys, and a water bottle with me on my runs. This keeps my hands free and I know everything is not going to fall out of my pockets. On longer runs, I can take a gel, container of salt tabs, and the water bag on my back. Everything fits well along side my phone and keys. There are many color options but I went with the teal. It's easy to clean and I have been throwing it into a garment bag and into the washer after my runs. I hang it out to dry on a clothing line. With the water bag installed, you get a good amount of water without it being so heavy and bulky.
