I have this THING, okay... this thing for hurt/comfort J2 fic where one of them gets badly injured or sick or SOMETHING, and the other one has to take care of them and they bond and fall in ~*LOVE*~. So you can imagine my joy when I discovered kkgee's Just One Breath. In which Jensen is badly injured and Jared has to take care of him. 56,000 WORDS OF WONDERFUL J2 H/C. I was in HEAVEN.

GOD. GO READ IT.

Finally finished reading Not Time's Fool by pandarus. Long and complex Sam/Dean with girl!Dean (cursed). Ties into the mytharc of season 4 up to a point. It took me a while to read it (over 60,000 words; I'd read a chapter here and there when I had the inclination) and found it most enjoyable, especially Castiel's reaction at the end. :D

If anyone knows of any good Battlestar Galactica fic featuring Adama/Anders hate!sex (you know, angry, biting, growling, up against a wall sort of thing) feel free to point me in the right direction. :D

The Jared Padalecki Buffet Cart of Life by

nomelon. Cute, funny J2 silliness with Jared stealing Jensen's food. I laughed out loud at one point. Only 730 words and well worth a read.

Some wonderful person upgraded me to a paid account for a month. WHEEE! Thank you, anon wonderful person! :D I have now set all the journal entries which I imported from my LJ to private because I had been really wishing I HADN'T imported them. Now I just need to work out what I want to use this journal for. Recs? Um. IDK! XD If anyone has any ideas, feel free to throw them in my direction!

I should upload some more icons. I only have one! This is terrible and must be remedied.

I found a fairly pretty layout. I look forward to there being more DW layouts. I have NO idea how all you people with pretty layouts have managed it...

1) icons! For now I am happy with this Jared one but I should get some more sometime.

2) have granted access to and subscribed to everyone who added me. Should I remain subscribed to people who haven't subscribed back?

3) work out how to have a pretty layout instead of a fugly one.

4) decide whether to fork out $3 (aka $6) to see what the paid account features are like.

5) work out what I am going to do with this thing.
