project

Hey guys, I'm sort of new to Apache and I would like to create a resume database that will search and archive resumes. Any feedback as to how to do this would be be greatly appreciate and maybe some neat ideas to make it more flexible and easy to use. Is doing this going to be hard? Also since I'm being paid for this job, how much would something like this cost (the actual project)?
