Maléa's 1st Birthday

It's a little late, but here's a short video from Maléa's birthday!

Maléa loves music and she loves to dance. Anytime she hears music she starts to dance. I can't believe how fast she is growing. She is trying to walk. The most steps she's taken has been 12. But she gets around very well by crawling and pulling herself up on anything. She's also very vocal. She loves to talk. One of her favorite things to say is "uh-oh". (Thanks to G-ma Crick). She'll drop a toy in church and she'll say uh-oh for 10 minutes! She loves her baby! She got a doll for Christmas and she carries it everywhere she goes. She even gives her baby kisses and then says "oooh". She loves when I sing to her (scary thought, I know). Her favorite songs are "Little Bunny Foo Foo" and "Patty Cake". She loves to clap her hands, roll it, and mark it with a "b". She has also picked up snapping. You can't actually hear anything, but she does the motions. She also loves to fake coughing and fake sneezing -- it's hilarious. She loves her daddy. Especially when he chases her around -- she squeals as she tries to get away.
