Do you need to send a person onboard for the assessment? No. RAD is 100% remote, 100% software.

Preparation: We provide all pre-requisites to your team in advance.
Deployment: On the day of testing, we email or remote e-transfer the lightweight RAD software agent to the Captain.
Execution: The Captain runs the agent, and our team begins the assessment immediately.
Live Support: We typically hold an MS Teams or TeamViewer session during the scan to assist with any local whitelisting or unexpected technical configurations.

How long does the process take? The active phase is completed in one hour.

Scanning: Data gathering takes approximately 60 minutes.
Reporting: Our backend platform/analysts then sanitise and analyze the raw data and generate a professional report within a few business days, or within hours depending on the nature and size of the data.

How do we enable Continuous Monitoring? The transition is seamless.

The same lightweight agent used for your initial discovery can remain on the PC to activate our Managed SOC Service.
Our SOC analysts monitor your assets 24/7, providing prompt alerts for unauthorised software installations or unusual system behaviour.

Will it impact our vessel's critical systems? No. RAD is designed with passive reading of the IT and OT environments in onboard vessel.
