Have you lost your internet connection?

Before contacting support, please do the following steps:

  1. Check our Network Status page for potential service interruptions. AVS reserves the right to perform network maintenance between 12 AM and 6 AM, which may result in service interruptions during that timeframe.
  1. Reboot your devices that will not connect to the internet.
  2. Power cycle your AVS-provided internet equipment by unplugging it from the electrical outlet, waiting at least three minutes, then plugging it back in. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your internet connection to be restored.

If basic troubleshooting does not restore your services, you may contact our support team.

For after-hours technical support please call 888-282-4932. Emails received outside of normal business hours will be addressed the next business day. AVS does NOT provide support through social media, including Facebook.

Billing Support Hours:

Normal business hours are Weekdays 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding major holidays.

24/7 Technical Support:

AVS Broadband proudly provides technical support around the clock, 24/7, to keep you connected.

After-hours technical support cannot accept payments or restore service for customers disconnected due to account balance issues. To resolve billing or account-related issues, please contact our office during normal business hours.
