Best practices for customising the Cool Sliders
The JC092 Sliders have been thoughtfully crafted with customisation at the core. The polyester upper strap isn’t just comfortable – it’s flat and wide enough to accommodate printing or heat transfers with ease. That means logos, slogans, or graphics will sit cleanly without distortion, giving printers a reliable surface to work with every time.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is an ideal application for sliders, requiring a press at 135 degrees for approximately 12 seconds. We recommend placing the sliders inside each other, aligning inner sole to inner sole. It’s sometimes necessary to position the sliders at the edge of the heat press and increase the platen height to accommodate the slider’s thickness.
Alternatively, the 100% polyester upper of our sliders makes them an excellent candidate for vinyl application, adhering to the vinyl manufacturers’ guidelines. Sublimation is also an excellent technique for achieving vibrant colours and intricate details, particularly on the Arctic White sliders. This method allows you to sublimate the upper part of the slider, providing stunning results.
