More changes!

Yet again there are more changes! I didn't think this many changes could happen in one year. Dusty was told by Washington that he would be laid off before Christmas and Hunzekers had asked him to please come back and work for them in the service department. So after hearing that he was going to get laid off he gladly accepted the offer. So now he is the service writer at Hunzekers.
I am proud to say that I have been offered a full time teller position at the Ireland Bank in Grace. YAY!! I am so glad to be able to work full time. Grace is only about ten minutes away so the drive won't be bad still wish it was at the Soda branch but I need full time.
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and is looking forward to Christmas.

Life!

So life is crazy these days. Somedays it just does not feel like there are enough hours in the day that I want. Somedays it feels like we live in a surreal world as thing are happening that I never thought would. It makes me sad but I have to realize everything happens for a reason whether we like it or not. In the end we will have learned something from the trial or experience that Heavenly Father has handed to us. We also need to realize he doesn't give us trials we can't handle we need to turn to him for guidance and he will get us through it. I am thankful for all of my family members. I love you all and hope that you all have wonderful times during the holiday. Always tell those you love that you do love them!!!

BANKING!

OK SO I GOT A NEW JOB. I AM NOW WORKING AT IRELAND BANK AND ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I AM ONLY PART TIME RIGHT NOW BUT HOPE TO BE FULL TIME HERE SHORTLY. DUSTY ALSO GOT A NEW JOB OUT AT WASHINGTON IN THE SHOP WELDING!!! HECK YES!!! HE LOVES IS. SO PROUD OF YOU DUSTY. THAT IS ALL THAT IS UP WITH US THESE DAYS HOPE ALL IS WELL.

I think everyday how luck I am to have you as my mom and to still have you after some of the trials we have been through you know what I'm talking about and you are not allowed to do that to us ever again! Weird!

Ok so this might sound really dumb but for those of you who really know me you will be amazed. Yesterday at work I was really bored and was just thinking about lots of different stuff. Then I realized I have not had one piece of gum for over a week!!! Now for those of you who really know me I always have gum at school everyone would ask me for a piece because they knew I would always have some. I don't know why I haven't had a piece but it is really weird. Just thought I would let you all know because it is crazy!!

Birthdays!

Ok so this week was a fun week. Wednesday was my 20th birthday. It was a great day. I didn't have to go to work so my mom came and helped me clean my house and my did finished the baseboard around our kitchen. Thanks Guys. Later we went out to dinner and then came home and had cake and ice cream. Sara makes the best GOO cake!! I got awesome gifts. Dusty told me he didn't get me anything because he would rather go to Logan and go out to eat and let me pick out what I want. I think he thinks I am a pain to by for! That's ok though love ya Dusty. Last night we had a surprise birthday party for my dad. It was awesome he turned 50. I don't think he looks 50 though. We had it out at Jim and Tammy's place in Bloomington. He got some of the funniest gifts. Hope that you had a good day dad we love ya.

Girls Weekend!

So this last week has been awesome! This last weekend me, Lisa, Rikki, and Lynzi went to Salt Lake for a girls weekend. We had a blast. We left Saturday morning and went to the Sanctuary Day spa at the Gateway Mall. My massage was awesome. Then we did what we do best go shopping and had a lot of fun. Then Rikki took us to this cute little village called Gardner Village they had these cute little shops and had it decorated for fall with Withces everywhere it was way fun. Then I suggested that we go to the Mayan to eat because none of us had ever been there. It was way fun they had cliff divers and a fire dancer and cool seating. The food was really good to and not expensive. Then we just hung out at the motel and came home Sunday. I am so glad that I have the girls to hang out with Love you guys. Dusty got a new job with Washington YAY!! He has worked there before and is really excited to be able to go back. I am still at Hunzekers though. Hope that everyone is doing well.

Same old Same old!

So haven't had too much to post about lately. We have been being quite boring. I am still working towards becoming a medical transcriptionist which is going fairly well. I still have trouble with some of the words but I am slowly getting there. Today at work I got some what of a promotion. Instead of being back in the service department I am now up front and am the main receptionist/cashier. Hopefully I will get a raise soon I really need it. Dusty is still selling cars. Hopefully we will be hearing some good news soon! ;) Yody and Millie absolutely love eachother and zing constantly. Hope everyone is doing well.

Jackson Hole!

So Saturday Dusty and I took his nieces Morgan and Alea to Jackson Hole for the day. On our way there we stopped and did a little fishing, but didn't catch a whole lot. When we got there we took them to the Ripley's Believe it or not! They loved it and thought it was the coolest thing ever. Then we went to The Merry Piglets the best Mexican restaurant. NUMMY!!! And of course, you can go to Jackson without going to the Yippy I-O Candy store. Their parents will be appreciative of the sugar overload! J/K! Then we went to the Snow King Mtn. and rode up the ski lift and took some pictures that was my favorite part. It was a great day to get out of town and have some fun. Our new additon!

So we have been looking for a little dog for Yody. Well that was Dusty's excuse to get a cute puppy. So on Tuesday I had a Dr.'s appt. in Layton and was looking at KSL.com and found an add for a little shih tzu. I called the lady and she had already sold her dog but she said her friend had one she was thinking about selling. So she called her friend and she wanted $500 for her shih tzu. I called Dusty and he said I can spend $300. So I called the lady and said I would give her $300 and she said YES. She brought the puppy to me and now we have Millie! She is 15 weeks old and is so dang cute. Yody absolutely loves her except when she barks at him.
Duty and I are doing good. It is crazy how fast the sumer has gone haven't got to do a whole lot but hunting season is coming and we are always out! Go Figure! Hope everyone is doing well! Love Meese

Bear Lake!

So this weekend we went to Bear Lake with Dusty's family and some close friends. It was way fun except for the part where I got burnt really bad. It seems like no matter how much sunscreen I put on I fry every time. I didn't get any pictures of us on our friends boat so no a whole ton of pics but they are better than notin'. Thanks everyone for an awesome weekend!

Why is life so busy?!

Wow! Life has been so crazy lately. Dusty is busy selling cars and is still kicking butt! Today he sold four and he still has tomorrow for the sale. If anyone is looking come to Soda and see Dusty and I will even be there cooking hotdogs. What's better than a free hotdog and a new car right?! I am busy at work doing the rentals I have them all rented out for the weekend which is really really good. I am still working on getting my Medical Transcriptionist I am about half way there. It will be nice when I get done. I just need to get a desktop computer. Hope all is well!

Summer Days!

So we had another pretty good week. On Thursday Amber gave birth to Ruger Cody Ardell Merritt. He was onlky 5 lbs. and 6 oz. He is so dang cute. Congratulation Cody and Amber!!! Love you guys!!
Today we went out to Millcreek with Dusty's family. We did some fishing and of course I only caught one and Dusty caught 15! We had fun just hanging out and talking and watching the kids enjoy themselves!
I even remembered to take pictures ENJOY!!

Good Weekend!

So we had a really good weekend. Friday night we went out to where Doug and Rikki were camping and hung out and then went looking for animals and seen a huge bull elk. Saturday Dusty had to work so we didn't do a whole lot together. Me and Sara threw Amber,Cody's girlfriend; a babyshower. They are going to have a boy and they are going to name him Ruger yes like the gun Ruger. That's Cody for ya. We are so excited for them. Sunday we went out to the Archery range with Lynzi, Aaron, and Carson. It is a pretty cool Archery Range. Then we went to GaGa's house and had a BBQ and hung out in the nice weather. In my opinion the best week so far this Summer!

Our First Year!

So we have been married for 1 year. It has gone by so fast. We have had a great year and hope there are many more to come. Love ya Dust!!

Busy Busy Busy!

So we are still as busy as can be. We are both still working at Hunzekers and loving it! We are excited for next week because we are going to Jackson and West Yellowstone to celebrate our one year anniversary. It doesn't seem like it has already been a year. Crazy how time flie when you're having fun! Just want Dust to know that I love him vary much and am so happy with him!
I am excited for tomorrow my dad is coming and putting in a dishwasher for us. YAY! Oh ya thanks Uncle Mick and Aunt Teresa! It will be so nice not to have to hand wash dishes everyday! YAY!!

Busy Life!

Well lately we have been very busy. Dusty is still doing good selling cars and stays busy. I am busy working and doing exams on the weekends. This month has been busy wiht Birthday's. Axton in 5 now and Morgan will be 7 next week. We went camping this weekend and had a lot of fun. Yody had the most fun playing in the creek and following us on our fourwheeler rides. Sara went through the temple last week and we are so proud of her! Hope everyone else is doing well!

Horn Hunting

So today Dusty and I decided that we would go Horn Hunting. Ok so Dusty wanted me to go with him and I wasn't so upto it but I went anyways. We decided to take Yody because we felt bad that he has been in the back yard all week. So we went out to a "good spot". Yody had alot of fun he would get ahead of us then get worried and come back. He was chasing a deer all over the place it was funny because he herded it right to us. We didn't find anything on the way up the hill, but on the way back I noticed Yody was trying to pull something out of the ground. Dusty walked up to him and he found a HORN! I couldn't believe it. It was awesome. We kept walking and Dusty found two elk horns. Both were five points but one is bigger than the other. I just have to say we have the coolest dog!!!

Crazy Week!

So this week at work it has been pretty busy because of the sale. Dusty did really good and got a $400 bonus. Way to go Dust!!! I am liking my job down there. It is pretty entertaining to be in the back in the shop with like ten guys. The only bad thing is that it gets cold sometimes.
This weekend was pretty good. Yesterday I had to go do an Exam in Bennington. Then my friend Mel called and asked if I would go to Salt Lake with her. It was pretty fun. Today me, Dusty and a bunch of people we work with all went fourwheeling. It started out pretty cold and then warmed up. Over all it was a pretty good week!

Dang Cars!

So I finally got another job. I will miss my old job not nessecarily the job but the people that I worked with. I am still going to do the exams over in Bear Lake on my days off. So my new job is at guess HUNZEKERS they needed a new receptionist. I don't really see Dusty at all which is fine because we are there to work. I am in the back in the shop answering the phone and am in charge of the Rental Cars. I have to make sure that they are clean and have gas and rent them out to people.
The other day my cars transmition went out. I was soo mad. Hunzekers felt bad for us cuz we've only had our car since February. So we started looking at new cars. We decided to get an Edge. It will be nice because it is still under factory warranty. I absolutely love it.
Monday Lukas turned one. I can't believe how fast the past year has gone by. In May I will have been out of High School for a year. In June it will be me and Dusty's one year anniversary. Hope that that everything is going well with everyone!

This past week has been both good and bad. The bad thing is at work they changed what I'm doing for the fourth time now. It's not a bad job it's just I get used to doing one thing and then they make me do another. Another bad thing is today I got home from work and could not find Yody. I drove around the block and couldn't find him. Then I noticed a hole in the fence. He got out. I had to call the pound and go and get him. Luckily they didn't give me a citation this time.
Good news is Dusty is still loving his job and doing awesome. It's crazy how having a job you like makes you much more happier. I am so thankful that he is able to work and help provide for me. I love that he loves to work and has the desire to take care of me. He means the world to me and I love him so much. I don't think he realizes how much he really does do for me and how much I appreciate it.
Saturday Carson, Lynzi's little boy, started soccer so we went to Poky to watch him play and he did good. He scored two of the three points for his team. Then we went to Texas Roadhouse with his mom and dad and Lynzi, Aaron and the kids and had the best food!!
I told Dusty that we needed to go to Wal-Mart to get some groceries. We were back looking at the Wii games and we were walking by the TV's and I jokingly said "Hey Dust how about we get a new TV." He looked at me and said "OK". I told him I was just kidding but he said that we have both been working hard and we deserve something, and Easter is coming up so it can be our Easter present to eachother. So, we bought our awesome TV. It is a Vizio 42" Flat Screen. It is way cool to play Guitar Hero with the Surround Sound that we bought with it. We got the cheapest surround sound that we could. I didn't feel like spending over a hundred dollars for surround sound but Dusty insisted that we needed it so we got a system for $50. Can't wait to watch Twilight on it!

I'm Terrible!

Ok so once again I failed to take pictures. I have such a hard time remembering to take pictures and I don't know why. Anyways the snowcross races were way fun. They even had five year olds racing. They were so cute. Lynzi and Aaron brought their Wii for everyone to play and! we played Guitar Hero. It is the funnest game ever!!! So on the way home we stopped in Idaho Falls at Target and bought it. After we got home we realized the package that we bought actually had two guitars in it, so now we can play together. Of course Dusty is really good and I suck at it. It is still fun though. I just play the bass because it is easier. Dusty is absolutely loving his job. My job is going ok still a little stressful, but it is a job and it pays the bills. I am excited about one thing though for the company that I work for we do exams for life insurance policies. So because I did the medical careers class and learned how to draw blood I get to do it. This Saturday I have six exams to do this weekend over in Bear Lake. I am way excited. I am also excited because I have enrolled in an online course to become an MT(medical transcriptionist). It is all online and you can take however long you want to do it. I think it will be a good thing to have because you can work from your home and make your own schedule. Hope everyone else is doing well. Love ya

Nothin' Much!

So not much going on with us lately. Dusty has worked the last four weekends which hasn't been to fun for me but he is liking it. Work for me has been pretty stressful lately but I still have my job. I am very excited for next weekend. We are going to West Yeelowstone with Dusty's family. It will be very fun to go watch the snow cross races. I am even more excited because I have a four day weekend. Hope I can remember to take some good pictures to put on here. Love ya!

New Car!

Ok so it aint no 2009 but I like it. Happy Valentine's Day to me. We traded in my car for this 2002 Ford Expedition. I feel like I am driving a Semi. It has four wheek drive which will be very nice. One reason we bought it is because Dusty got offered a job to Tod Hunzeker. Which obviously he took. He loves it so far so if you are looking for a car you know where to go. We have still been going to the gym. Bootcamp still kicks my butt. Happy Valentines Day!

Curly Q!

So the last few weeks have been pretty fun. We joined the Bear River Gym and have been going almost every night. They have classes like hip-hop, yoga, kick boxing, weights etc. My favorite is the boot camp. First night the teacher whooped my butt. The next day it hurt to walk. But it is that good kind of hurt. On Saturday we went snowmachining just me and Dust. It was way fun but kind of cold. It was also Ryan's birthday so we went to Montpelier for that. Then my mom did our hair. Dusty wanted his permed he looks cute with it permed. This week there is not a whole lot going on. Just working and exercising. Dusty is helping with the hill climbs in Bear Lake Friday and Saturday so we will be staying at JuJu's house. It will be nice to be home for a weekend. Eventful New Year!

So the past couple of days have been quite eventful. Over the weekend we went with Dusty's family to the Worldmark Condos at Bear Lake it was pretty fun. The best part was seeing Dusty's Nephew Carson beat almost everyone in bowling on the Wii.
Today was sad because we had to put Dusty's dad's dog down. Her name was Ebbie but we called her Baby Rose. It was very sad but she is in a better place.
Yody was lucky he got his little nuts chopped off. Sorry it sounds so bad but how else do ya put it. When he gets home tomorrow he probably won't be too happy with me and Dust. Hope that everyone is having a great New Year!
