Arizona State Parks and Trails is joining the Secretary of State and the Arizona America250 commission with Outdoors250, a six-month initiative to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The initiative aims to encourage Arizonans and visitors from across the country to reflect on our nation’s outdoor heritage, from the stewardship of native peoples to our present outdoor landscape, and connect with nature through recreation and education.
