Which modes of transport (road, air, sea, express) can I book through you?

You can easily book road, air, sea, and express shipments with us. Our platform gives you access to a broad network of trusted carriers, so you always find the best solution for your shipment.

Until what time can I register shipments for same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery cut-off times depend on your location and the destination. Contact our team for specific timings and advice tailored to your area. 

Do you offer time- and mission-critical solutions (NFO, AOG, OBC)?

Yes, we provide dedicated solutions for urgent shipments, including Next Flight Out (NFO), Aircraft on Ground (AOG), and On-Board Courier (OBC) services. 

Can I get CO₂-related reporting or “green shipping” options?

Absolutely. We can provide detailed emissions reports and offer sustainable shipping choices, such as consolidated transport or low-emission carriers, to help you meet your environmental goals.

How do you guarantee inventory accuracy (> 99%) in your warehouses?

We achieve over 99% accuracy by combining validated processes, advanced technology, continuous cycle counting, and thorough quality control. This way, you can rely on precise stock levels at all times.

Do you support temperature or cleanroom storage for medical goods?

Yes, we offer ambient, refrigerated (2–8°C), frozen, and cleanroom storage options. Our facilities meet strict standards for storing medical and life science products safely. 

What value-added services do you offer (kitting, labeling, quality checks)? 

Our comprehensive services include kitting, labeling, repackaging, quality checks, and customized packaging. We tailor each solution to your specific products and market requirements.

4. Service Parts Logistics (SPL)

How quickly can spare parts be on-site (2-hour, 4-hour, next-day)?

Depending on your location and selected service level, we can deliver spare parts within 2 hours, 4 hours, or by the next business day to keep your operations running smoothly.

Do you have a global network of Forward Stocking Locations (FSLs)?

Yes, our international network of Forward Stocking Locations ensures high service levels and rapid delivery of spare parts anywhere you need them.

What products do you handle? 

We handle a wide range of high-value medical products, including Class II & III medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biologics, tissue products, diagnostics, and lab supplies. 

Are you compliant with industry regulations?

Do you offer temperature-controlled storage/shipping?

Yes, we provide ambient, refrigerated (2–8°C), and frozen (-20°C to -80°C) storage and shipping solutions, with real-time temperature monitoring to protect your sensitive products. 

Do you offer value-added services?

We do. Our services include kitting, labeling, repackaging, and full loaner kit management, covering cleaning, disinfection, inspection, staging, and returns.

How is traceability ensured?

Our validated Warehouse Management System (WMS) enables full traceability by supporting lot, batch, serial number, and UDI tracking. 

Can you integrate with our systems?

Yes, we support API and EDI integrations with most major ERP systems, enabling seamless data exchange with your existing processes.

What regions do you serve?

We provide reliable, compliant logistics support for life science companies worldwide, helping you reach customers and patients wherever they are. 

What kind of invoicing options do you offer?

You can choose how your invoices are structured: as one collective invoice or split by cost types, users or departments. All invoices are available digitally, and you can export the data to Excel for further processing. This gives you full control and makes internal accounting or reporting easier.

Do you have a Customs & Compliance department that can help with customs questions? 

Yes, our in-house customs and compliance specialists are available to help you navigate complex regulations and specific import or export requirements. They provide tailored advice, assist with documentation and help you remain compliant with changing rules across different regions.

What type of customs services do you offer?

We offer a broad range of customs services, including import and export declarations, bonded warehousing support and document preparation. Our team can also advise you on classification codes, origin declarations and regional compliance, helping you avoid delays and reduce customs-related risks.

Can I ship dangerous goods via your platform? How does that work?

Yes, we are fully equipped to handle dangerous goods. Our staff are trained and certified to comply with ADR, IATA and other applicable regulations. We use validated packaging and clear labelling, and all shipments are tracked and documented according to strict protocols. This ensures both safety and compliance throughout the transport process.

Do you offer transport insurance?

Yes, we can arrange transport insurance for your shipments, tailored to the value and risk profile of your goods. This gives you peace of mind and financial protection in case of unexpected events during transport.

Can I store batteries in your warehouse?

Yes, our facilities are equipped to store batteries, including those classified as dangerous goods. We apply strict safety procedures and comply with applicable storage and handling regulations. How does the track & trace functionality work for transport? 

You can monitor your shipments in real time through Klairy’s interface, including carrier updates, exception alerts, and delivery confirmations. 

How does Klairy handle return logistics for defective parts (RMA flow)? 

Klairy automates RMA flows so you can manage returns efficiently, with pre-defined conditions, transparent tracking, and clear processes.

Can Klairy show real-time KPI dashboards for my inventory?
