More about 5 test transactions?

Without prepayment, you can make up to 5 real transactions using our software. Those. Let's say if you have an online store, you can sell 5 times using the Bcon. A 1% usage fee will be applied for each transaction processed using the Bcon. If you like our service and want to use us further, you will have to pay off the debt.

How to pay for your services?

We work on a prepaid basis. In the Fees section of your personal account, you can make a prepayment in a separate payment using supported blockchains and tokens, such as BTC, BNB, ETH, SOL, TRX, stablecoins, etc. We will deduct fees from these prepayments, which you must fund in a separate payment. If your prepayment balance becomes negative, we will send you an email notification. We provide 5 additional transactions after reaching a negative prepayment balance, but after that, access will be limited until the prepayment balance is settled.

Prepaid balance system?

We are a non-custodial service and cannot deduct fees directly from transactions. Therefore, payment for using the Bcon is made in advance through prepayment acquired via a separate payment. Please refer to the previous question, “How to pay for your services,” for more details.

Referral program bonuses?

Invite friends and get 20% of the service fee on your prepayment balance from each transaction of your referral.

Can I cash out?

Yes, you may request a refund of unused prepayments. Log in and go to “Refund Ticket”. Two-factor authentication must be enabled in advance. Create a refund ticket. Any approved refund will be processed to your specified wallet address, minus the applicable blockchain network fee.

How is the fee charged?

We track invoices generated through our API. We deduct a fee and display only those payments. You may use the same wallets for any other transactions or settlements that are not processed using the Bcon.
