 Welcome to the BeastNet brought to you by James Safety Services.  This is a podcast for people who love obstacle  course racing, obstacle centric workouts, rucking and endurance. Pretty Mike started this podcast because we are always looking for people to run  obstacle course races with and wanted people to talk to about OCR and  getting healthy. We run OCRs and other races in the Pacific Northwest as  well as 5ks and other "road races" and more. We are all about  supporting the OCR community, creating a relationship based, family  feeling for the podcast and making sure our listeners not only enjoy  themselves but hopefully learn a few things along the way.
