Carter and Church

 Unfortunately those two words have never went well together. But the last year Carter has been fortunate enough to have a great primary presidency and primary teachers that are not only patient but good with him. This is one of his teachers Logan Wilde. He sent me these pictures that Carter had taken in class. We died laughing at them! Oh, the stories we will have to tell one day! Carter is one of a kind kid, that's for sure. But he makes us laugh!

Easter Party

 We did a yummy dinner and fun Easter egg hunt at Shauna's house. It was so nice to be able to see Logan too. We miss him so much!

Our Sunday Best

 I can't believe how big our kids are getting! I'm pretty sure that we have the cutest kids ever!

Hike up the Widow Maker

 Me and Ben took a hike up the mountain behind the widow maker. It was a steep one but the view of our cute little town was worth it!

Park City Lunch

My brother Brandon, his wife Jen and their daughter Ashley took me on a drive to Park City to look at some jobs. Since I would be answering his business phone and doing scheduling for him while his secretary was on vacation. After they took me to Ruth's Chris restaurant. It was delicious! I am so thankful for the opportunity to get closer to my brother. I feel like we have missed out on a lot over years but I am looking forward to getting to know each other better in the future.

Sage found her first shed horn! Ben was so excited!!! Good girl Sage!

Gun Day

 We invited my brother Brandon's family up to shoot Brylee's new gun with us. We had a fun time!

Mule Deer Foundation Raffle

 Rusty and Kelly invited to a Mule Deer Foundation dinner. They had an extra dinner ticket so they asked Brylee to go. They do a raffle at every table for a rifle. Brylee was the lucky winner at our table! I don't know who was more excited though!!! It is a Marlin 243 rifle, it will be a perfect gun for her to hunt with. We are so happy for her!

Little Sahara

My brother Brandon and his wife Jen invited us to go to the sand dunes with them. We hadn't ever been there so we thought it would be fun to get away somewhere a little warmer! It was nice weather, super warm without a cloud in the sky. It was beautiful there and we will definitely want to go back soon! Our quads did ok there but Brandon's were super fun to drive as they are meant for the sand not the mountains like ours. It is the first trip I've been on with my brother since we were kids and it was so overdue! Little Brendan just adored his Uncle Brandon the whole time. We have been potty training him and Uncle Brandon taught him to pee outside in the sand. It was cute! We made tons new memories and laughed so hard we cried...especially because Brandon kept making fun of his cousin Cale's "skullet"!!! Unfortunately the night we got home I had to run Ben to the ER because he was in extreme pain. Turns out he passed his first kidney stone! Poor guy! We took him to the doctor and he said he needs to drink more water...which is what I have been telling him our entire marriage!

Carter and Conrad

Carter has had a couple of playdates with his friend Conrad. They both love Skylanders and electronics so they were meant to be best friends!! They are too cute!

Do you want to build a snowman?

  It snowed 10-12" in one day here! So we built a snowman of course!!! We have gone almost all Winter without a good snowstorm. Our Stake fasted for moisture and boy did it work! Everyone was excited! I love how peaceful it looks after new fallen snow. The dogs sure enjoyed it, especially Sage! When the kids got home from school they went sledding until they couldn't feel their fingers and then came in for hot cocoa and cookies.
