Inclusive growth: Early-career talent accounted for over 80% of enterprise training in FY24. After a slowdown in FY25, FY26 is bouncing back, with organizations updating fresher onboarding to include GenAI fundamentals. Responsible AI adoption: With AI bringing new vulnerabilities, companies are already prioritising cybersecurity, ethics, and AI-risk awareness in their learning programs.
