The winners for each category will receive a $750 Amazon gift card and a formal write-up of their case featured in either the Cataract and Refractive Surgery Today or Modern Optometry publications.
The runner-up for each category will also receive a $250 Amazon gift card.
WHAT TO ENTER
We are looking for before and after photographs of your Neurotrophic Keratitis or Ocular Surface Disease cases.
HOW TO ENTER
All photographs must be submitted through the OSD Saves Photo Contest submission website. There is no limit on the number of submissions. All photographs must be accompanied by a description written in English and relevant case information. Artwork may only be submitted in digital (electronic) form. Digital files may be sent in JPEG (preferred), TIFF, or EPS format. Images should be of high resolution (300 dpi at minimum) and at least 4 inches wide. PowerPoint and PDF files are also acceptable, but please note that the quality of images in these applications is not always adequate.
ELIGIBILITY AND JUDGING
To ensure eligibility for the contest, all entries must be submitted in a HIPAA-compliant format. All details about the patient(s), including name, must be obscured prior to submission.
