Even as a child I felt a deep calling to be of service to the world, but exactly how, I wasn’t sure. I felt drawn to the human plight more than anything else and understood my own experiences would be the catalyst for my work later in life. I have since worked in the wellness and service field for over two decades in countless capacities. I spent over 12 years studying human development and wellness in academic, professional and personal settings.

My mother was a light in the psychic darkness that this world can be. She encouraged practice in energy work and intuition, she read Jonathon Livingston Seagull and shared stories about little girls saving the world, one starfish at a time. For me, “be the change you wish to see” were my mother’s words. She reminded me that the greatest adventure is found down the path few have walked, despite how dark, lonely, and disorienting the journey may seem.

This journey has indeed been unique, as each of our paths are. Along the way I have come across many obstacles, blockades, monsters, jungles, and mountains….some seemed so impassable that I have tried to run the other way. Trouble is, life begs us to move with its flow. When we turn to swim upstream things become that much more difficult, confusing, and tumultuous. Learning not only to surrender but fully participate with what arises with grace and flexibility has been the greatest lesson of all.

I am and always will be on a journey back home to myself and my greatest hope is to light the way for others to do the same. As the old saying goes, the more I learn the more I realize I do not know. As such, I do not pretend to have the answers for anyone else. Instead I aim to guide others to finding the truth in their own hearts, the lighthouse to lead them out of the storm.

It is out of this understanding that Move With Change and our vibrant CAYA Community were born. I use them as a platform to reach anyone seeking to get unstuck, anyone feeling the squeeze of life, anyone ready to step out of the darkness and into the light. No gimmicks. No cheesy sales tactics. Just real experience, genuine intuition and a wholesome dose of love for my fellow human beings. I look forward to walking beside you for however long our paths may cross.
