- Reviewed in the United States on February 8, 2024Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseThis book is a favorite in our house. It's fun hearing the kids quoting lines from it here and there. We often refer back to the healthy sleep habits mentioned in this book when it's time to get ready for bed. The best, though, is that my kids use this book to learn and memorize the digits of pi. They sound like real smarties reciting the digits of pi! Thanks, Sleep Mode.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 17, 2023Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseMy kids and I absolutely love this book! The main character (Hazel) reminds me of my own daughter. It's so hard to convince her to go to sleep every night! The robot (Ada Marie) is charming as well, showing that "girly" and "technical" are not mutually exclusive.
I love that this book is so relatable, and has some great ideas for getting a kid to give in to bedtime. You'll sympathize with Hazel's mom as she pleads for her daughter to go to bed. I won't give away the ending, but it's both hilarious and delightfully nerdy.
Five stars, will read again! (and again, and again...)

- Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2023Format: KindleI read this book with the youngest daughter, that struggles with sleep due to her anxiety. Her response was positive, and she loved the illustrations and the rhyming pattern the author created with her work. This was very easy for a child to understand and encouraged a child to create a sleep plan through imagery and the main character's little robot friend. I would read other books by this author. My hat off to the author for creating this practical and useful children's book.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2023Format: KindleThe story follows a lovable robot who embarks on an exciting adventure while navigating the challenges of bedtime routines. The colorful illustrations bring the robot's world to life, captivating children's attention. Parents and children alike will enjoy this charming tale.

Alison HReviewed in Australia on July 30, 20235.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely wonderful
Format: KindleVerified PurchaseThis is a very modern sleep time story. Hazel struggles to get to sleep each night. In beautiful rhymes we learn about her habits that make sleep difficult, but her friends (via an online meeting) give her some sage advice. She formulates a plan and, with the help of her robot Ada, she finally learns to adopt a better night time routine. The illustrations are lovely, the story is well written. This book will delight young readers while they learn.
