Education and relevant experiences
Ben Tulfo is a graduate of Journalism. In the mid-80s until the late 90s, he went to the United States and worked in the healthcare industry specializing in quality facility management and effective revenue management. He then pursued specialized executive schooling. 

In 1996, Ben came back to the Philippines and became an executive of the Innovated Technologies Unlimited (ITU). He was assigned as the country’s exclusive marketing executive of extrusion technology exclusively for the Philippine market.   

Advocacy
Simultaneously, Ben devotes his time and service as a volunteer-advocate for a non-governmental organization, IBMI-NGO whose advocacy is compassion, empowerment and action.   

Ben believes in people’s participation by initiating action, governance oversight calling for transparency, accountability, and culpability of those serving the government institution. His BITAG Media Unlimited Inc. (BMUI) is the media partner of IBMI-NGO.

Kcee Binarao, a broadcasting professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, major in Broadcasting, graduated from La Consolacion College Manila. Her media career began at BITAG Media Unlimited Inc. as a Researcher, and she later transitioned to Segment Producer.

She gained hands-on experience in content development, investigative research, and undercover surveillance assignments in her early days. These experiences sharpened her analytical and situational awareness, enabling her to gather accurate information, assess risk, and translate complex findings into compelling and responsible reporting.

In her current role, Kcee combines administrative excellence with logistical coordination and strategic oversight to manage essential administrative functions across the organization, including the General Services Office. She is dedicated to ensuring efficient operations, rigorous adherence to the company’s policies and governance standards, and a proactive approach to risk management.

Being with BITAG since 2004, Charmaine’s abilities in the realm of investigative journalism and public service were honed under the expert tutelage of the veteran founder and investigative journalist, Ben Tulfo. Also, working with different international media organizations, her portfolio expands across various media platforms, from television and print to digital, demonstrating her proficiency in writing, production, and operations.

Charmaine’s training in a British law firm has equipped her with an innate understanding and proficiency in navigating the legal system. In fact, she takes pride in leading the research team for various bills and laws that BITAG collaborates with lawmakers in the House of Representatives.

This unique fusion of skills enables her to deliver comprehensive support that interlinks both media operations and legal matters.
