Membership in the Canadian Black Scientists Network (CBSN) is open to:

• Individuals who self-identify as Black, in alignment with our definition: descendants of Black African peoples, including but not limited to Black Nova Scotians, Afro-Canadians, African-Americans, Afro-Caribbeans, African and African Diasporic peoples; and
• Allies of the Network, who are committed to actively supporting and advancing CBSN’s mission.

CBSN reserves the right to review and reject membership applications that do not align with these eligibility criteria, as outlined in our Constitution. By applying, you confirm your understanding and agreement with these terms.
