Blend is developing a central Athens building, one of the oldest in the area, near the new Acropolis Museum and next to the Fix metro station. Built in 1928, the existing façade will be restored to its former glory and is accredited as a Modern Heritage Monument. The building is between two parallel streets, Syggrou and Falirou, and benefits from entrances on both. Planned development makes use of the existing building and expands it to a 7-storey bio-climatic 50 key upscale 4-star hotel, with Green building design and certification. Once again, putting creative design and excellence at the forefront, this building will also take its place in the city weave.
