For over 15 years, we’ve been a trusted space where people of all levels come to reconnect, recharge, and find balance, both on and off the mat.

Welcome to Bliss Yoga Cayman, the island’s original yoga studio with a long-standing commitment to movement, mindfulness, and community. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, whether a Caymanian or an Island visitor, Bliss offers a welcoming space to grow.

Bliss Yoga Cayman offers a wide range of classes to suit every pace and practice. From energizing options like Ashtanga, Core flow, and our vigorously paced Vinyasa to more grounding sessions like Yin Yoga or Flow with a sound bath, there’s something for every mood. You’ll also find unique offerings like prenatal pilates through The Mom Method, paddleboard yoga, and even a heated class blending 26 postures with breathwork.
