Hello, I am blitzdoughnuts (or UptownRascal). Professional lunatic and creator of several games and other things.
I am an advocate for free (as in freedom) software and free culture, a minimalist/suckless programmer, and an anti-capitalist. On "Teh Internetz", I am typically either working on some project, playing video games, or doing whatever weird stuff I tend to do. I've been trying to figure myself out and it hasn't been easy with the constant stress of realizing that you and I are living in a dystopia.
I believe in anarcho-pacifist communism, if we're hoping to live without constantly being at each other's throats, directly or not, this would probably be the best way, among others. Yes, I struggle with the "pacifism" part. Other things I believe are:
Competition should never be a basis of society. It only makes humanity as good as the jungles we've tried escaping from.
Capitalism is the worst socio-economic system that leaves room for nothing but itself, naturally against everything else including sharing, ethics, anything being worthwhile, and even life itself. As such it must be abolished and replaced with literally anything else.
Free as in freedom software is the only worthwhile software. So-called "open $ource" is a joke and does not count.
There exists a pseudoleft and it's the only left that the Western world knows. Most "leftists" end up supporting fascist causes, accidentally or not.
Intellectual property as a whole is evil only meant to further dependence on the abusive system.
Universal basic income should be adopted ASAP.
Minimalism is awesome.
School is indoctrination only meant to train children for blind compliance, rather than actually educating.
On arena FPS games I go by a few names, usually derivatives of UptownRascal.
