"Mortasheen" is a world I've been populating with my own original monsters since almost as far back as 2003; an impossibly vast, biomechanical city at the apex of a toxic, irradiated world, Mortasheen is populated by mad geniuses and otherworldly mutants whose daily lives revolve around the bio-engineered monsters they modify and train. Below is almost every monster I added to the setting up to 2020, when Mortasheen began its transition to printed tabletop roleplaying game.

This page is no longer updating with new monsters, and many existing monsters undergo redesign, renaming or recontextualizing for final game materials. Representing twenty years of personal labor, I'm leaving this original archive intact for posterity, as a snapshot of my progress as an artist and a look into the history of the setting.
