Is anybody watching

So it's been forever since I wrote on this blog. This is the first time I've attempted this by myself and I wanted to see if I could do it.

No surprise to anyone who knows me but I am a family man. Linda took Laura, Amy, and the grandkids to Utah. I was so lonely while they where gone. I'm glad to have Linda back and I'm looking forward to going to Disneyland and riding the wild rides with Heidi. I hope my old body is up to it. Speaking of old body it sucks getting old. You just start to figure everthing out and your body falls apart.

Anyway I want to see if this goes on the blog. Next I will have to figure out how to put pictures on. Stop laughing. I am technologically challenged.

Random thoughts from a Dad, Grandpa, Husband,...

So it's been too long since I posted anything. First on being a Dad. Karen and Brian are home for the summer from BYU. Although I am very proud of both of them and excited to see them gain their education it is really nice to have them home and just relax a little. Laura is almost finished with high school. Amy is a great mother of two girls. Second-being a Grandpa. Heidi turned 4!! It seems like Amy just turned 4. Crazy- but anyway, Amy and Joe had a fun party and we had a great time. Nora is looking extra cute and I love getting on the floor and playing with Nora. Third-being a husband. I am the luckiest guy in the whole world. I've had a crush on Linda since the day I saw her walking down the Provo High hall way of our student ward at BYU. But who would have ever known that this cute little girl would be perfect in every way. She just finished her stint as a seminary teacher and she was the best. I was so proud that her kids seemed to love and respect her. On.... It's the ... that wears me down but I keep on going. It will be good to get a rest when we got to Hawaii.

February 2008

So most of you are probably wondering why doesn't Ken post anything on his blog? Well, actually most of you probably know that Ken is hopelessly incapable of posting stuff on his blog...until now. Thanks to Linda I am now posting this message on my own. Pretty cool, huh? So as you can see my life is all about my family. It is the best. I love being a grandpa. Aren't those the cutest little girls you ever saw? It's hard to believe that the kids are growing up. Amy and Joe are in Dana Point...We miss 'em!!! but luckily they're not too far away. Brian and Karen are at BYU and our baby is a senior in high school!! That's crazy. Luckily my wife is looking more beautiful each day and brings sanity to this ever changing world. So if you want to make a comment on this blog...go ahead. In a month or two I'll figure out how to get back on and make a response.
