Bentleys first time rolling over

4 months old!!

I cant believe my little one is already 4 months old! We are having so much fun with him! He had his 4 month check up yesterday and he weighs 15 pounds and is at 25 inches long!! my little 6 pound 11 ouncer, 18 inches long and is growing so fast!! He's such a big boy sometimes!! He had 3 shots and he have an evil look the first one, the second one he kinda yelled and the third one was a scream!! Everyone at the doctors yesterday was just in love with him! He was such a little FLIRT! He was smiling, and talking and bouncing up and down, and stomping his foot and scooting and rolling over, it was way too cute!

Sick baby!

So a couple weeks ago, baby Bentley, got sick.. for a couple days he was coughing and had a runny nose, so i wasn't sure if it was just alittle allergies or because the season was changing or what... but we decided to call the doctors. I called the doctors one morning after listening to bentley being really congested and hoped they would let us run in there real quick! Thank goodness they said yes! As soon as we got there, we didn't even have to wait a minute, they called his name back right away. We got into the room and the doctor put the stethiscope up to his stomach and back to listen to his lungs. He was sounding really congested and also weezy. When babies are weezy it worries them because if it doesn't go away, they'll be sent to the hospital...They grabbed tubes for their nebulizer and gave bentley some medicine to put in there. Thank goodness he fell asleep because i'm sure it would have freaked him out if he had that on his face while he was awake... the treatment only took a few minutes and then the doc. listened to his breathing again. It was sounding better. They prescribed him some medicine for a nebulizer and gave us a brand new nebulizer. They walked in the door with a fire truck nebulizer......jeff asked if there was anything other than a fire truck, because of being a cop =]. unfortunatly they didn't have anything else... he joked about it and asked for a brown bag so that no one would see what it was. we had to continue doing treatment for 2 weeks, with check ups inbetween.. He's doing much better now! I'm so thankful it never got too serious!!

3 Months...REALLY?!

I cant even believe it that he's already 3 months old! Time seriously flies by each month.. He's growing up so much! And he's such a silly boy! He makes a million different facial expressions and he's really good at moving his eyebrows. He loves standing up in our lap, and he has REALLY strong legs! He drinks 6 ounces every 3-4 hours. He's starting to arch his back when he gets put into the car seat or when he wants to change positions. He loves when you whistle, make clicking noises with your tongue, and blowing some air in his face. He loves the colors on the tv, and loves watching baseball with daddy =]. Grandma Crampton is able to get him to giggle when she uses her fingers to walk up his tummy into his neck. He loves talking in his baby language and making high pitched squeaks. He loves when his gums are being rubbed and will chew on your finger. He's starting to blow bubbles and drool alot more. He absolutely loves bath time now.. splashes mommy all the time (yet i know its not the worst of it yet) He still loves being wrapped tight like a new born when he goes to sleep at night. He LOVES looking at his hands, he goes cross-eyed while looking at them, and constantly shoves his fists into his mouth to suck on. He's even starting to bite his own fingers. He can pick out mommy and daddy's voices from anywhere in the room, and looks for us. When we go into his room after he wakes up, he gives us the biggest smile in the world. Bentley makes our family so happy, and we have so much fun with him especially with him growing up and being more responsive!

Happy Halloween!!

This was at my families trunk or treat. Jeff had to work this year on halloween, so i spent it with my family because i didn't want to be home alone, all by myself, having our neighborhood kids scaring the heck out of me! So, bentley and i spent it with auntie Kolby, Auntie Kristi, and Grandma =].. we walked around the block with auntie kolby while she went trick or treating! We dressed bentley up as a lion.. i should have dressed up with him, but i didn't buy a costume, and neither did jeff, sine he had to work. But we still had fun seeing all the families we grew up with in our old family ward!

CABIN!

The First week of October we took a week long vacation!! On Monday, we started off on a bad foot. Bentley had his two month check up at the doctors and he received 3 shots! Try traveling with a baby after they got three shots.. sounds fun right? On top of him getting three shots try taking a baby up the mountain who's not used to the pressure in his ears..what a joy! Actually it wasn't all that bad. We made sure to give him baby Tylenol and suck on a binkie or give him a bottle on the way up the mountain. Jeff and i also have the movie Avatar on our phone and half way up the mountain Bentley started to cry, so i thought I'd give Avatar a try. I turned my phone on and put it in front of Bentley and he watched it! He stopped crying and watched it the rest of the way up the mountain! We got to the cabin and while we were there it was NON STOP RAIN, THUNDER, and LIGHTENING! It was wonderful weather to just lounge around the cabin in cozy pj's and hang out with the hubby and baby. On of the days i told Jeff i wanted to go for a walk.. the rain stopped for a little bit so we hurry and walked down the street. When we got to the end of the street it started to rain on us... we started to laugh and turned around.. as we turned around we realized not only was it raining but it started to HAIL!! AHH it hurt so bad, i covered Bentley with my jacket, and Jeff put his arm on top of it to cover Bentley and to block my face from getting hit! we made it back to the cabin totally out of breath because he had to go uphill!! Ahh, what an event to remember huh? Good thing we laughed the whole time, and afterwards. Thursday afternoon we drove to Orem to stay with Jeff's Aunt. On Friday we drove to Logan to surprise Melanie. It was her birthday and we drove to her school ( she teaches 6th grade math). School had just gotten out and we walked into her classroom. She had stepped out for a minute so when she came back, we were waiting in there for her. She was SOO surprised! It was so exciting!! She hadn't seen Bentley since he was born, so he's grown alot since she had seen him. We stayed to help grade papers so that she could come out and play with us! That evening we drove back to Jeff's Aunts house and Melanie came along. We had so much fun! Saturday came around and we had wedding reception to attend. It was a friend we had back in High school who now lives in Texas but he had a reception in Utah that we were able to go to! It was nice seeing their family for a bit. After the reception we made a trip to IKEA...Ikea is so fun to go to, you can spend hours in there, but since i was in heels from the reception it was hard to stay that long. We made it back to Debbie's just to hang out. Then on Sunday we drove back down to Vegas. It was quite an eventful week for us! Yet, we had a lot of fun!

Since my little sister was diagnosed with cancer, my other sister, Kristi, and I created T-shirts in support of our little sisters battle. Theses are the shirts we created. We took a family picture together so that my mom could post it on the "keeping kolby" blog. I personally made Bentley's outfit which says" I wear lime green for my aunt...keeping kolby" We were soo excited to show kolby once we made it.

My Birthday (Jeffrey's)

Well yesterday I had a WONDERFUL day with my wife! I just want to start off by saying that she is the best ever! I wouldn't know what to do without my sweetheart in my life. So the day started off like this, of course my 2 weeks old son woke up at 1:30 am and woke both of us up, and while feeding and changing Bentley my wife decides to get all excited and say happy birthday to me several times during that half hour we were awake. It was fun but a little to early. after that Bentley wakes up 3 hours later and Kylie again gets all giddy and says happy birthday to me several more times just reminding me that I am getting older by the second. Than later on in the morning at 8:00 am, I get up, because Bentley was doing his normal moaning and groaning before he awakes, and i use the bathroom. Well on the way there, I see several of these pieces of paper hanging on my mirror. I stopped and looked and them and they were sticky notes that Kylie had written on with lots and lots of things that she likes/loves about me. It was way unexpected. It made me smile sooooo big that I wanted to give Kylie a HUMUNGO hug but she was still sound asleep so i didn't. I just picked up little baby Bentley and laid back in bed with him on my chest. Kylie woke up about 15 minutes later and saw that I had Bentley and she said "I didn't even hear him waking up. How long have you had him for? Your not suppose to, I want to take care of him for your birthday."

Well while lying in bed the 4 of us (myself, Kylie, Bentley, and of course the bed hogger our dog Chuck), Kylie wanted me to open my presents. I went to the dresser and grabbed a black bag and opened it, it was a sweet camera for by birthday. And also later I got a pack of rockstars, not just one as shown, which was cool.

After going to the cracked egg for breakfast and getting all ready, we left Bentley at my in-laws house to be watched while me and my lovely wife have fun by ourselves. We started off going to dinner at outback, because that's what I chose, and than going to a movie at the RAVE. We saw inception, which was very good but you do have to be wide awake to understand what is going on in the film, but very interesting and intense.

That was my wonderful birthday that I had with my family! Thank you to them for the great time I had! I love you guys!

Today is my hubby's birthday and I was tryin to take care of Bentley all day so Jeff didn't have to but that didnt happen cause I have such a great husband. While I was getting ready for the day, Jeff was taking care of Bentley well, at least I thought he was. When I went over to check on my 2 boys this is what I saw, them 2 sleeping together. It was so cute I had to write about it on here, but of course right after I take a picture of them Jeff wakes up. Oh well at least Bentley is still asleep.

FaMiLy TiMe!

So, Since the last post was all about the Labor of Bentley, I decided I would put some more updated/ recent pictures since then...

This was our second day home! Our little bundle of joy! I just LOVE the little blanket he is wrapped up in ( thanks barb!!) A cute little fact about Bentley, is that we can catch a cute smile when he's sleeping. I just know he's going to be so much fun through out our journey!

BABY TIME!

Lets start from the BEGINNING! Jeff and I arrive at Valley Hospital at midnight Sunday night, so basically Monday morning. We go upstairs to labor and delivery and sign in. You write your name and the time your signing in. So, i wrote Kylie Burr, 12:03. The lady looked at the paper and said... "your late" Jeff goes are you kiddng me? We're 3 minutes late... She said no we have you marked on the calendar to be here at 11.."well my doctor told me to be there at 12." So the lady said "that's okay, let me find a nurse to get you started"...The nurse comes and takes me to my room. I was so excited to have my own room, if that hospital is busy you have to share a room with another person, but my doctor was nice and made sure i had my own room! I got settled in my gown and laid down onto the bed. 2 nurses came in to ask me questions and to get my IV started. The first nurse poked me in my left arm under my wrist where its tender.. she..of course blew the vein.. so she asked the other nurse to give it a try... the 2nd nurse went to my right arm and found a vein....she missed it.. They didn't want to poke me again so they called another nurse over..She finally was able to hit my vein! I was going nuts, because my last job i had was a Phlebotomist..(i drew peoples blood) I was about ready to tell them "just let me do it!" well they started hydrating me and they told me they'd be back to start my pitocin in just a "minute." An hour went by and they still hadn't started it.. Finally the nurse comes back in and said "sorry, we had to deliver someone, I'll start your pitocin right now. So it wasn't till around 2:00-2:30 that we FINALLY started this process! I was already having contractions 3-5 minutes apart..( i was feeling them at church, so i knew even if I wasn't going in to be induced, this baby was coming anyway!) so the night nurse i had was awesome! She came in and checked on my about every 45 minutes.. around 6:00am she asked if i wanted my epidural since the doctor was making his rounds at 6:30AM to do it. At that time i was dilated a 4, and the nurses make a shift change at 7, so i knew if i didn't get it then it could be awhile and i didn't want to test the pain! I told her of course I'd get it! The anesthesiologist was really good! i couldn't feel anything from right below my chest down...after i got the epidural my mom headed up to the hospital..I then was able to find a comfortable spot and sleep for a little bit. The nurses made their shift change and the new nurse came in to introduce herself.. she seemed pretty nice! Although she said she doesn't like to check the dilation every hour. she thinks the less you check the more you'll dilated... i was like whatever...so she only came in every like..2-3 hours...7cm came around the corner and I was in pain.. i wasn't comfortable at all, there was lots of pressure and i couldn't take it anymore.. the doctor came in again and gave me another dose of the epidural, after a little while i wasn't in pain anymore.. for about 4 hours i was stuck at 7CM.. My doctor came in and said if we don't make in progress within the next hour we'll have to do a c-sec because you've already been in labor for 13 hours...i was okay with having a c-section.... well about 45 minutes pass and the nurse came in and checked me and i was at 8 cm..since i had progressed another cm they wanted to wait one more hour to see if I'd make it to a 10..it had been 5 hours since i got my 2nd dose of the epidural and my body had HAD it! i was in the worst pain that i could ever imagine..I couldn't handle it anymore. The nurse came in and checked me.. sure enough i was dilated to a 10. and guess what? my doctor was helping out in another surgery! I was screaming and crying and I'm sure everyone in the hospital could hear me. My mom had to leave the room because i was screaming and crying and she knew there wasn't anything to do and she probably just didn't like seeing me in pain.. i told her to find the anesthesiologist and tell him i need another dose.. finally he came in and said "your nurse doesn't want me to give you another dose, but I'm going to give it to you anyway. I was so thankful for him!! so the nurse wanted to try to make my comfortable so she was shoving pillows on the sides of me and under my back and trying everything to make me comfortable but it wasn't working...i kept crying and screaming and i wasn't being very nice anymore. i COULDN'T take it! The nurse came in and said okay, I can feel the head, he's coming down! I'll let you try to push a little bit to try and relieve some of the pressure... so i started pushing, i could def, feel him coming down.. she told me i had to stop pushing because the doctor needs to be there.. well he was in SURGERY! i was going nuts! i asked her " have you ever delivered a baby without the doctor being there, because I'm so ready to do that! she said she had done it but she wasn't going to let it happen.. she wouldn't let me push anymore, although i couldn't help it! He needed to come out and he needed to come out NOW! I told her to call the doctor, and she said she wouldn't, but that she was trying to see how much longer he would be...I couldn't believe that she wouldn't cal him, even though he told her, " if she is ready call me and I'll leave surgery early to be here" well that stinkin nurse never called him to tell him i was ready!...an hour and a half pass and finally another nurse comes in and said dr paul is on his way, he'll be here in a minute.. I was so anxious! He finally showed up and as soon as he stood in front of me, his cell phone rang! I yelled " you've got to be kidding me!!" he talked on the phone for about a minute and then he said,, uhh i have to go now, I'll call you back later... I started pushing and he came out in about 10 minutes, with about 6-7 pushes...I couldn't believe the huge relieve my body had once he was out...Bentley was put on my stomach right away, while the wiped him down with a towel, i got to hold him for a minute, and then they weighed and measured him.. Bentley Owen Burr was born at 5:25 PM...6pounds 11 ounces and 18 inches long! I cried the moment he came into my arms.. i couldn't believe my son was finally here! I fell in LOVE with him instantly! So then Jeff went with the nurse to the nursery while they did a couple things to him... the nurse came back to clean up the room and to check on me...she came around onto the right side of the bed and held something up... i turned around and she said " this is why you were in so much pain!"...SHE WAS HOLDING UP THE CORD FOR THE EPIDURAL...THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN MY BACK FOR A CONTINUAL DOSE... uhh so i didn't even really GET the 3rd dose or anything because when the nurse was SHOVING pillows down my back she pulled it out on accident! Ugh i was so through with that nurse..So i was able to experience somewhat of a NATURAL birth, because i was able to feel it!...But hey, my son is totally worth all of that. Him and Jeff are the love of my life..they mean the world to me and nothing can change that!!

WHAT? Last doctors visit?!

SO, today I went to the doctors again.. I am now dilated between 2 and 3! You know what that means? I'm going to be induced. My doctor said he would do it the Sunday he gets back into town, which I thought he meant early afternoon on Sunday...well I was wrong... I go in a midnight Sunday night... which is basically MONDAY morning! But hey, I'm not complaining, I'm going to have my little boy in my arms =]. Jeff and I are extremely excited! In fact last night I couldn't sleep well because I was too anxious about my doctors appointment today. I cant even imagine what the next few nights are going to be like! So the next time I post something on my blogit will probably be... BENTLEY!!! A family of three =]

DOCTORS VISIT...38 weeks

Okay, so Today I went to the Doctors again...Sorry I didn't post anything from last weeks visit, nothing really happened. We just listened to the heart beat, and measured my tummy. But, today was another check to see if I've dilated. I'm only at a ONE right now... My doctor leaves town tomorrow till Sunday August 1st. If Bentley comes while he's gone, he has a really good cover team. And if Bentley doesn't come while he's out of town I asked if i could be induced as soon as he gets back. I'm getting TOO anxious. Well to be honest I'm asking to be induced because Jeff's parents are going to be at girls camp Aug 2-Aug 7. And MY family is going to be gone July 30Th to August 1st. My family said they would come back Saturday night to make it for the baby if i get induced the 1st. I really would like both families see Bentley before every one's schedules get crazy. Usually my doctor induces people for medical reasons, I'm kind of lucky because my doctor is LDS and he understand where I'm coming from. And he knows my family =]. So, I'll find out for sure NEXT Thursday if its going to happen August 1st. Which i hope it does.. or even sooner, because I'm so ready!!! Hurry up Bentley...Mom and Dad are WAITING!!!

Doctors Visit---4 weeks left!

Okay, so I went to the doctors yesterday. I only have 4 weeks left so I now go weekly to the doctors. It's so exciting going weekly because you know your getting closer and when you go to the next visit its like yay one week down, this many more to go! So, at this visit i try to not look at the scale but i had to.. i cant believe how much weight you gain while being pregnant, that's one thing I'm excited for... Is being able to toss and turn in bed without taking five minutes to do it, and to bend down to reach things, ALSO being able to walk up and down my stairs without being out of breath and my heart racing! Although, I have had a great pregnancy, no sickness or anything! So, while being at the doctors I was checked for the first time. He said that Bentley still needed to drop a little more, though, he did feel Bentley's head! Bentley didn't like it too much he started kicking my doctors other hand that was on my tummy, and continued to kick for 15 minutes after that. My doctor also said that if i were to go into labor that i was ready, that he wouldn't try to stop it, he would let my have him! So, I'm hoping that Bentley comes a little early, I'm so ready for him to be here!!

Some fun Decorating

Alright So it has been FOREVER since I've updated my blog. But this is what I've been up to..







This is Bentley's room! It's not completely finished but we've gotten a lot done! His rooms theme if you haven't caught on is....SPORTS! It's SO fun to go in there and look at all the stuff that I've gotten. I had my shower on Saturday and i received a ton of great things! Like you can see in the picture with the dresser there are TWO diaper cakes! One of them was made by my mom and little sister, and the other was made by a friend who i worked with at quest diagnostics.. I should have opened the closet and shown all the cute things that Bentley now has! I had a Blast at my shower and i got a lot of great things! Thanks to all those who came! Any way.. I'll kind of describe each picture.. The first one is Bentley's door.. next to it is 3 pictures frames. When Bentley is born I'm going to stick a hand print in one, a foot print in the next and for the third picture will be him as a new born =]. I'm excited to have those filled up instead of looking at blank picture frames! The next is his closet...not to much to say about that =] Next is his crib.. and his SPORTS bedding.. I let Jeff help pick out his bedding =] Next is the dresser. I don't know why there is a spot on the picture, but that's not what it really looks like! Then... we put up his name above the window.. To be honest i took a close picture because the curtains are too short and i need to by another one to make it look better. So i was trying to be sneaky, but i told you guys anyway!! The next thing on the wall are some wall hooks. I made that. I painted it blue and then i got cute sport things from Michael's and decorated it! Kinda turned out cute huh? The last picture is just another picture of his crib and bedding!


I am just so excited for Bentley to finally be here! Only 5 weeks left. I cant believe it! I tried to set everything up slowly because i knew that once i was done setting everything up for him that i would just sit and wait around...and guess what?? On my shower i got my swing and his stroller and car seat.. of course i was overly excited and set them up... so now i find myself pretty much done with everything and now I'm SITTING HERE anxiously waiting for him to come! I even asked my doctor if i could be induced because I'm so ready! ha ha we'll see how that goes...and if I've dilated then he said he would induce me, but if i haven't then i have to wait around for the little guy to come! Jeff and I are just super excited and SO ready!



So i know this blog wasn't too long, but hey at least i did a little bit of an update!

Little sister

So, it's been super crazy lately! About two months ago my little sister got really sick and she had a fever of 104 and she wasn't feeling good so my mom and i took her to a quick care and they said she had a "sinus" infection...so, they gave her some meds for this sinus infection.... well it never went away and she was staying the same. My grandpa came down to visit and help in a blessing and said if you don't feel better by Monday i want to take you to my doctor. well Monday came around and she was feeling the same... so my grandpa made an appointment to see his doctor.. well the doctor said she had a bad sinus infection in her nose and gave her some meds and sent her home... well the meds didn't work and she went in for a follow up, and he said that it was weird.. well kolby started to develop a pain in her rib cage and it got so bad that we'd have to help her out of bed, or from whenever she was laying down. so she went in to see the doctor again and they did some blood work and said come back in a couple days... well this happened a couple times where they would run some tests and say come back in a couple days... well the last time she went into the doctors they said she was getting worse and they couldn't play the"couple days" game anymore that she needed to be admitted into the hospital. So, they admitted her to sunrise hospital... they didn't have many patients so they stuck her in ICU for a few days. which the nurses were really nice letting lots of people in the room since we didn't really NEED the ICU.. well they did a bone marrow and couldn't find anything wrong, and they pulled some more bone out and that's when they said the found "suspicious" cells.. the let the bone marrow sit in a incubator and it ended up coming up positive for the same suspicious cells..the also removed a lymph node from her neck and when they cut it open... guess what they found?? They found Cancer in the lymph node.. well they diagnosed her with non Hodgkin's lymphoma and its very aggressive! She started chemo finally, after being a complete mystery for 2 weeks in the hospital, they finally figured out what was wrong with her.. Its sad that she has cancer but i'm so thankful that they figured SOMETHING out so that they could start treating her! She will have chem treatments for 11 months, almost a year. she has already responded well to the first treatment.. well enough that she hasn't had a fever in 2 days and she her back pain is manageable! i'm so glad that she is at home now and and not in the hospital. she will be able to get more rest while being at home, and not woken up every few hours from the nurses! although we DID have a great team of doctors and nurses working with kolby! i'm just so grateful for the gospel, i really have no idea where my family or i would be without the gospel in our lives with the trials we face! i love you kolby!!

Kids Pulling Weeds?!

So, Its Sunday morning, and i'm in my bedroom waiting to get into the shower for church. I'm checking out facebook and looking at other blogs when i hear the doorbell ring. Usually when i hear the doorbell its always my next door neighboor kids saying "our soccer ball is in your backyard" so i'm constantly throwing their ball back over, almost on a daily basis! Well, this time was different.. Let me tell ya, these kids are around 5 years old and they knocked on the door saying " CAN WE PULL YOUR WEEDS?" In my mind, i'm thinking, uhh okay your five years old, WHATS THE TRICK?! i repeated them... "uh, did you say you wanted to pull my weeds?!" they said " YEA, FOR 3 DOLLARS?" haha, its unheard of for a 5 year old to be knocking around their neighbors doors asking if they could pull their weeds. i WONDER who gave them THAT idea....Just thought it was funny, i had to share since my husband is still sleeping =]

Kicking baby!

Okay, so about once a month jeff and i have a weird night where we both wake up around the same time as each other, BUT its at a weird time.. at like 3 or 4 in the morning. So, yesterday morning jeff and i woke up at 4 in the morning and neither of us could get back to sleep. Around 4 in the morning the show full house is on and we watched like 3 episodes of that! so while watching tv i felt bentley kick me. well for some silly reason jeff hasn't felt bentley kick yet, because USUALLY Bentley is turned around and his back is facing towards my stomach. so that usually means i'm the only one that feels it. Well i tell jeff that he's kicking and jeff put his hand on my tummy. Jeff felt a little kick and got kinda excited! like 15 minutes pass and i tell jeff... lets put some music up to my tummy to see what bentley does! So...Jeff grabs his cell phone and turns a song on, and puts it on my tummy. SURE ENOUGH bentley went crazy and started dancing around in my tummy and jeff was able to feel him numerous times! He was SUPER excited, and SO was i!! FINALLY jeffrey was able to feel baby bentley kicking! It made being up at 4 in the morning TOTALLY worth it. Well, since we were so excited about that, of course we couldn't go back to sleep. we got super hungry! we decided to get hot cakes from mc donalds because we hadn't had that in a long long time! so we drove to mc donalds, came home and enjoyed every bite of it! we laid back down and tried to fall asleep, we ended up falling asleep and getting a few more hours in =]. But i still cant get over the excitement of jeff feeling him kicking around. I wish everyone could enjoy this experience, because its amazing!

FINALLY!!

Okay, so with Jeff's new work schedule I'm feeling so lonely! He's working graveyard, so i sleep by myself at night and i don't like it! So, when he finally gets home, its when i wake up, and of course he's tired so he sleeps while I'm BY MYSELF again for hours! Well, yesterday i woke him about around 330 to tell him to shower and we are going to the movies! On our way to the movie we realized we should probably eat something since after the movie he'd have to leave for work. for some reason I've always wanted to stop at chipotle and bring a big ole burrito into the movie! Sad enough we didn't have enough time to stop at chipotle, so we stopped at taco bell.. Jeff said we could eat in the car on the way there but i said NO, i wanna eat it in the movie it just sounds fun! so i emptied my purse out so that we can fit our taco bell in there! It was a blast! We get into the movie and its so dark in there it was funny trying to figure out whose was whose. We saw the movie THE BACK UP PLAN. First things first, i LOVED that movie! Jeff and I laughed the entire time! It was a good one, I'd probably go see it again. So after the movie Jeff has to leave for work and i went to my parents because i wanted to swim. well an hour passes and Jeff calls me telling me that he locked his keys in the truck. well if you didn't know police men get to park in a garage at this station and to get into this garage you need a special card to unlock the gates. well he thought there was a keypad on there so he gave me a code that "MIGHT" work. i had to leave my parents, drive all the way to my house to get the spare key and then drive all the way to his station while he was working to "TRY" this "MAYBE" code out.. well i drive up to the box where i'm supposed to put this code in, and there is no key pad. there is a single button, so i push it and it took my PICTURE! Jeff said if i couldn't get it then hide the keys somewhere... Funny thing about this, is that jeff also left his CELL PHONE in the truck so even if i hid them, i couldn't text him to tell them where they were at. So, i sat outside for a minute trying to figure a new plan out...during that time a police officer walks out to me a girl to go on a ride along. i rolled down my window and i told him the situation. he goes ohh okay well i'm not going to let you in, but i'll put his keys in his cubby. i said great! i gave him the keys since he's another police officer and trusted him. well i was still worried that jeff wouldn't know what to do. his shift was supposed to end at 5am this morning and i wake up at 4 and stay awake because i'm stressing to know if he found his keys. 5 passes and no call, 530 passes and i'm freaking out, 545 i'm trying to call his cell phone to maybe see if he forgot to call me and maybe he was on his way home. 6:00 comes around and he finally calls and asks where i was. i said i left his keys in his cubby. so i explained the story and he finally got his keys and came home.. well as all the other PREGNANT women know, its hard to sleep while being pregnant, so i was waking up all night trying to get comfortable or having to go to the bathroom and then i was stressing about jeffs keys, and him not calling me about being late! i was going crazy!! well he finally got home and i got a few more hours of sleep! When he wakes up i'll have to have a talk with him about leaving keys and cell phone in the car! and to not FREAK ME OUT AGAIN!! but dont worry. i still love you jeff!! =]

NeW aT tHiS!

Okay, so EVERYONE is telling my that i need to start a blog. I've been wanting to for awhile, but I've been slacking. I wanted to start one after Jeff and i got married, but its been a year already since then. So, after I got pregnant i wanted to start a blog right away! well, that didn't happen right away either. I'm 25 weeks along already and I'm just now STARTING it. I hope that i can keep up with it and remember to update it. It'll be like my journal writing! So, it should be easy right? Bare with my while i figure this whole thing out! =]
