Brite Core Values
Want to join the team?
Good Enough is Never Enough
At Brite, we are constantly looking to improve. We believe that, while “done is better than perfect,” there is nothing wrong with striving for perfection.
We realize that our customers may at times be negatively impacted by their information technology, cybersecurity, or public safety technology. With that can come a lot of frustration and strong emotions.
Having a response that is “good enough” is never enough. Our job is to be empathetic to their situation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible while showing kindness through effective communication.
We do not fear failure – we fear never getting a chance to fail!
Show Up
For Brite employees, their number one job is to show up. This means being present every day to make an impact in the lives of peers and customers.
Just by showing up, you’re making a statement to others that says, “I’m here and I’m ready to do my part.” Bringing this mindset to work every day means that we will not be outworked by anyone in the industry, ever.
Be Human
We encourage our employees to be their authentic self every day. We believe that real, lasting relationships between humans are built by people being themselves. And at the end of the day, people do business with those they trust, know, and enjoy being around.
We also live out our “Be Human” core value by providing various opportunities and activities at work that enhance our culture, and by giving back to our communities however we can.
Be a Pro
Professionalism is what sets us apart from the competition. Our employees are “pros” in every sense of the word, and they represent Brite at the highest level possible at all times.
No matter what we’re up against, we never compromise our professionalism or attention to detail. We are constantly striving to educate ourselves and our clients so that we can provide meaningful solutions to real problems.
If you want a pro’s approach to IT, cybersecurity, or public safety technology, you have to go with Brite!
Gotta Have "IT"
Chances are, you’ve probably heard of the “it factor,” that hard-to-define quality that makes a person stand out. At Brite, when we talk about having “it,” we’re focusing on the intangibles that cannot be taught, the qualities that take zero talent but are oh so important.
These include things like being on time for meetings, dressing and behaving professionally, and being courteous toward others, to name a few. These are the qualities that set Brite employees apart from our competitors.
So, while talent and expertise absolutely matter, it’s also just as important that, as a Brite employee, you have “it.”
