Daaaaaaaaaaarlings.
Thursday, which is May the 10th (which also just happens to be my birthday. I know, weird, right?), has been declared Paul Gross arms day! Which means it is the day where you take a picture of one of the following doing Paul Gross arms:
- a handpuppet!
- a stuffed animal!
- an action figure!
- a Barbie doll!
- an actual live animal, if you can get them to cooperate!
and post it to your LJ. Any time on May 10th!
For those of you in a state of confusion, THIS:

It's SO very yay, and will make me, and hopefully the rest of LJ, stupendously happy! Or confused. \o/
Also! a VERY belated response to  airinshaw's meme, where she picked three of my user interests and three of my icons and asked me to explain.
- jetta the terrapin: uhm. This is a reference to Ulli's pet turtle, Jetta, in the Roy Orbison in Clingfilm stories. It's - one of those things that make you realize that you will never, ever even come CLOSE to being the strangest person on the internet:
He apprises Jetta's lines with a keen eye. 'That is a well-groomed terrapin,' he says.
'Her name is Jetta.' I say. 'Perhaps you would like to come inside?'
'Very well.' He says.
Roy Orbison walks inside my house and sits down on my couch. We talk urbanely of various issues of the day. Presently I say, 'Perhaps you would like to see my cling-film?'
