This little girl is the Apple of my eye. She is so sweet yet stubborn all at the same time. She is such a girly girl yet she is tough as nails. She loves to get her nails painted, play Strawberry Shortcakes, play house and read books. I am sure she is the only little girl that ropes snakes while playing house. She loves having Pre-school with mom and her best little friend Payten.

Makenna is the best little mother to her brothers. She is always telling them what they can and cannot do. Making sure they are buckled once in the car, always making sure they eat every bite, she always lets me know if Jacksons chores aren't done exactly right. She makes us laugh hard. She loves giving Kayden rides on her "Dirt Bike" its so cute and he laughs so hard. I love it!

She calls me Mompe and her name is either Kenna, Kenpe or Sally Sue. Bryce is either dada or Dadpe. I don't know were the pe came from but... she loves to use it. Today I asked Makenna to go clean her room... Her reply was, "MOM I DON'T HAVE TIME" So it has happened she already doesn't have time for her chores and shes only two. I have a long road ahead of me :)

Flavors

Jackson: Mom whats your favorite Flavor

M: Well Bud I really like berry flavors like strawberry, raspberry and blueberries. I really love coconut flavored snow cones to.

J: I like all those to but my favorite flavor is Chocolate.

M: That is an awesome flavor

J: I really like all flavors except Onions and Pickles. I hate onions and pickles

M: I like onions cooked into things but I hate pickles to

J: Daddy and Makenna are crazy people because they love pickles

M: They are crazy aren't they

J: Lets remind them to brush there teeth when they eat onions and pickles.

I love listening to this little boy and seeing how is cute little mind works. He is so fun. They all are he is just in the stage of saying such cute things.

Inappropriate

A few days ago Makenna and Jackson were in the bath singing there little hearts away. I decided to sit outside the bathroom door to hear exactly what they were singing and saying.

Makenna- I have my toes in the water Apple in the sand

Jackson- MAKENNA its not APPLE (capital letters mean yelling) its ASS in the sand

Makenna- Jackson its not ass its apple

Jackson- Mom is it ass or apple

Mom- its ass but you shouldn't say that word its kinda naughty

Jackson- its only naughty if your mad

Mom- ok Jackson but lets not say that word

Jackson- ok mom I have a great idea- we will only say Ass when we sing this song.

Mom- ok whatever Jackson

Jackson- Oh mom Grandmas says Ass is just a donkey

Hot Jump

When Jackson was about 2 or so he would always tell Bryce and I that he wanted to go to the HOT JUMP. We couldn't figure it out. We tried and tried but never did figure out exactly where the hot jump was. The other night nearly 2 years later Jackson told me that I hadn't taken him to the Hot Jump for a long time. I asked him where it was and he told me it was the fair grounds by Grandmas house. Finally, mystery solved.

Star Pass Resort

A few weeks ago Chet and Erika called and asked us to go to Tucson and stay in the Star Pass Resort. We go there every summer and we have a BLAST. These kids were amazing, they went down the slide so many times I lost count. Makenna even got to where she would walk up the stairs by herself and put herself down the slide. This is huge seeing as how prior to this she would not get into the water without holding on for dear life. Kayden also did awesome. He loved the pool and was so content to just hang out where ever we went. Have I mentioned what an AMAZING baby he is. If every baby came as easy as him I would have a lot of babies but they don't so we will stick with what we have for now... I love my kids

Sunday drive

Bryce and I took the kids on a Sunday drive late in the afternoon. We went to Vernon and then back in through Brown creek and home. It was BEAUTIFUL and GREEN! The kids had so much fun playing in the creek and finding ships to send down the river. I love Sunday drives and need to remember to do them more often. Makenna didn't want to get her clothes dirty so she stripped down to her undies. She is so dang cute.

24th of July

The 24th of July was so much fun. We played and played and played. Jackson and Makenna had so much fun with Parker, Ella, Charlie, Grandma, Mackie, and Grandpa. These little kids came home so tired that they fell asleep early Saturday night and slept in until late on Sunday. My pictures weren't that great I was kind of sad. I have to say my favorite part was watching the 3 kids roll down the hills and the park. Parker and Makenna tried so hard to figure it out. I love the City Park. Thanks mom for having us. Your the BEST!!

Cousins Camp

Cousins camp was a blast this year. Well if you exclude the sickness that EVERYONE had. We thought about calling our get together PUKE camp but even with the sickness my kids and I still had a blast. We made pop guns, forts, flowers and bows, the cutest purses ever, tie-dyed T-shirts, and DONUTS!!! The dads took the kids fishing and made the whole camp a lot of fun. The kids played trains, dress up and protected themselves in there fort from the bad guys that could attack. There weapons are all still in the fort protecting it. Thnks Grandma Judy for having so many people at your house. It was AWESOME!!! Cousins are the Best

Our Friend Biscut

Meet one of Jacksons favorite friends Biscut. Biscut is a "cat". Everyone has tried to convince my sweet little boy that Biscut is a cute little deer and he will not hear anything of it. Grandma Mitty is constantly trying to convince Jackson that Biscut is a deer. Here is his latest conversation with Grandma.

Cute Kids

Thanks Makenzie for taking the cute pictures of my kids. Your the best. My kids have been super cute lately and have been playing pretty good together. Makenna has been making us laugh so much latley. Mitty Boo played house with her about a month ago and Makennas name was Sally Sue, Grandmas name was Mitty Boo and Jacksons name was Fav. Ever since that day she has pretty much only refered to herself as Sally Sue, she yells for Fav all day, my name has been changed to Betsy and Bryce and Billy Button and Kayden is still Baby Broder. She is always asking when she gets to go back to Mitty Boo's house. I am afraid that Grandma may have just been replaced by Mitty Boo.
