OK, I got my grown-up pants on now.
gw01 is getting updated. Remotely.
From #FreeBSD 14.3 to FreeBSD 15.0
Updates will be posted to this thread.
1 left - the gateway box. I'm not keen to update that when I'm not at home.
Which is odd, because two of those boxes I updated are at home. The others are all remote....
Bad counting.
I have five hosts still on #FreeBSD 14.3 - collectively, they have about 27 jails.
lovely post, that's some right proper sysadminning right there.
And while Red Hat will judge you for using ZFS, *I* will judge you for using Stratis.
The new OpenZFS book will cover Linux. But not on the root partition.

Saturday morning. Sick with lurgy.
Time to update another host to #FreeBSD 15.0 - this one is a Microsoft Azure VM - used to monitor services from outside the #homelab basement - so, you know, I can see stuff broken which other people should be able to get to.
When I monitor public stuff from inside, it's just not the same.
Keep in mind, you need to be root on #FreeBSD to download the list of packages. That's why the first command show nothing to upgrade.
