Q4 SHE Award for Paradise Depot Team

The Paradise Depot site management team have been awarded Bugler Developments Quarterly SHE Award in recognition of their outstanding performance in Safety, Health, and Environment.

The project involves the delivery of an RC frame multi-storey apartment block alongside a steel-frame DENS building – an unusual and complex construction arrangement that has been managed to an exceptionally high SHE standard – which we are building for Dacorum Borough Council.

From the outset, the site has benefitted from an excellent initial set-up, with clear planning, robust controls and well-organised welfare and logistics. This has translated into a strong safety culture, consistently high inspection scores, and a workforce that is happy, well-engaged and compliant with site standards and procedures.

The Paradise Depot team should be commended for demonstrating how good planning, leadership and engagement can deliver safe and well-managed projects, even on complex builds.

Well done to everyone involved – a thoroughly deserved award.
