Build with Gemini – Zetech HackDay is a 12-hour in-person hackathon where students come together to learn, build, and innovate using Google Gemini, one of the world’s most advanced AI models. Hosted at Zetech University Technology Park, this overnight hackathon provides everything you need to create powerful AI-driven projects in just one night.

Powered by Major League Hacking (MLH), the event includes swag, support, mentorship, and a fast-paced environment ideal for both beginners and experienced developers. Whether you want to explore AI, launch a new idea, or collaborate with other passionate innovators, this HackDay is for you.

Requirements

To successfully submit your project for judging, each team must include:

Required Submission Items

  • Project Description: A clear explanation of your idea, what it does, and the problem it solves.

  • Google Gemini Usage: A brief explanation of how the Gemini API or tools were used in your project.

  • GitHub Repository: A link to your source code or prototype files.

  • Demo Video (1–3 min): A simple video explaining your project and demonstrating how it works.

  • Team Members: List all contributors on your Devpost submission.

Additional Notes
  • All submissions must be created entirely during the HackDay.

  • Projects must follow MLH’s Code of Conduct and Devpost submission rules.
