When we refer to “BWE,” “we,” “us” or “our,” we mean Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC or the specific division, subsidiary or affiliate that operates this Site, provides its content or processes Personal Information received through it, each as appropriate and applicable.

VII. Account and Password Security
You may receive a unique username and password (“Access Codes”) upon completing a registration process for certain portions of the Site. It is your responsibility to safeguard and protect your Access Codes and to monitor use of these Access Codes for all purposes. You accept all responsibility for maintaining the security of your Access Codes and for all utilization of the Site via your Access Codes, with or without your knowledge or consent. BWE entities hold various regulatory licenses for nationwide lending, brokering and servicing activities. NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A DEFENSE TO, OR A WAIVER BY BWE OF, ANY RIGHTS BWE HAS UNDER ANY LOAN DOCUMENT OR OTHER AGREEMENT OR APPLICABLE LAW, RULE, REGULATION OR REQUIREMENT.

X. International Users

Right to Appeal

XIV. Choice/Opt-Out
We recommend that users who no longer wish to receive promotional materials or have their information provided to third parties log into their accounts and modify their account settings, as users may have chosen to receive promotional materials in the account registration process. If you are still receiving promotional materials thirty (30) days after modifying your account settings, you may contact us directly using the information below to opt out of receiving such communications or having information shared. We will keep the Personal Information described above for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise authorized by law. This generally means holding the information for as long as one of the following apply:
