How much does a new website cost?
The typical cost usually ranges anywhere from $4,000 – $16,000. We know that’s a huge range, but since each site is custom built it depends on the features and overall complexity of the project. We’ll work with you to design a site within your budget that fulfills your business’s needs.
How quickly can you build a website and make it live?
We can work around your needs. But typically we have version 1 finished within 2 weeks from the time we get all the necessary content and materials.
Do you offer free consultations?
Absolutely. We’re happy to talk through everything that goes into choosing a provider for our services. We’ll figure out exactly what the best solution is for you together. If we aren’t the best fit for your needs, we’ll help steer you in the right direction.
What do I need on my end for you to build me a website?
Generally we always need: branding (like logos, color palettes, etc.), content (images, mission statements, company history / about us, description of services / products), links (ex. social media), and email addresses to forward form submissions to. Many companies already have all this ready, if you don’t we’re more than happy to help create a logo, brand guide, color palette, and help come up with snazzy descriptions of your business.
What happens once my new website is finished?
Once the site is finished, we typically publish it and then continue to host, maintain and update it on a monthly basis. Our focus is on handling everything, so you can be hands-free to focus on your business. If you have any updates or changes, just send us an email or text and we’ll make it happen!
Technical
Do you do SEO for my website when you build it?
A high quality website is about 80% of the equation when it comes to high search rankings, so building one covers a lot of ground. We also take additional steps to cover basic SEO techniques and have offerings with more advanced strategies.
Can you build custom Shopify sites?
Yes and we’ve done it before! It’s a different project than a custom website, but we can handle the design and management of your storefront on Shopify.
Do you have a specific style or design philosophy?
We prefer minimalistic and lean. We design each site to fit our clients branding and desired feel. Our priorities are always user experience and elegant design.
What if I only want a few small changes and not a full new website?
Let’s talk! We can take over running your site and figure out a monthly arrangement for updates, content changes, etc. We’re flexible!
Can you handle integrations?
Definitely, we’ve integrated many third-party softwares for our clients such as Instagram, Dockwa, Stripe, Toast, Open Table, and Untappd to name a few. We handle any custom design or formatting that’s necessary as well.
Will I be able to see analytics for my website once it’s live?
Absolutely, we set up custom tracking and analytics for every site we build. We give you full access to Google Analytics so that you can check it at any time. If you want something even simpler, we offer reporting packages where we send you custom reports each month.
Can you help with domain registration and setting up email addresses?
Yes, we are happy to help you acquire and set up your domain. We know it can be a confusing process, so we will be with you every step of the way.
