I would like to file a formal complaint regarding what happened to my trading account. My account had a balance of €25,000, with a clearly stated maximum daily loss limit of €1,000. However, my account was closed after a loss of only €400, which is well within the permitted limit. At the time of closure, I had open trades that were still active. These trades had strong potential to recover the loss and possibly generate significant profit, which could have allowed me to continue or even complete the challenge successfully. Without any prior warning or valid explanation, my account was closed and my open trades were terminated. Afterward, the account was reopened, but my progress was completely reset to the initial balance of €25,000, as if I had to start the challenge again from the beginning. This effectively erased all my previous effort, trading decisions, and risk management. What is most concerning is that when I contacted support to request clarification, I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation for why my account was closed despite not violating the daily loss rule. This lack of transparency is extremely troubling. From a trader’s perspective, this situation is highly unfair. A trader may work diligently, follow all rules, and get close to completing a challenge, only to have the account closed unexpectedly and then reset without justification. Such actions create serious doubts about the reliability and fairness of the platform. I respectfully request a detailed explanation of the reason behind the account closure, including which specific rule was allegedly violated, along with a review of my case.

This place is horrible. 616 west new haven Melbourne fl O'REILLY AUTO PARTS The store was empty no employees. Found manager outside the back of store highly intoxicated & smoking cigarettes while on her personal cell phone ignoring business. Phones in the store go unanswered as I was left in the building all alone as I tried to shop. I had questions & needed help .none to be had. No one their to help. I was alone in the store. I had to walk outside back of building to find ms. Meredith Bogen store manager completely hammered. Smelling ! of alcohol . Highly intoxicated! Out of uniform. Wearing a torn fadded black t shirt untucked & nasty ripped dirty jeans . Really strange ! I went back into store returned my items back to shelves. Took down. Phone number of &cooperate officer located on of building to report it. Also contacted local police. Insane store ! ! ! Really insane behavior of only employee on duty. Oh my GOD ! THIS WOMAN NEEDS HELP ! AlwaREMOVED MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT from orielly auto . I now shop at AUTO ZONE. They are the best in Customer service. Fair prices & professional employees. Many employees always their to help assist you. Very kind & respectfully. Trust me as well as many other professional shops in the area .this oreillys location is a mess with this woman manager employed there. Several businesses are done until she is gone . We just can not take the risk doing any business at this store under these conditions.

AVOID!!! Bloke is a con artist. Sold us and absolute dud, £15k and nothing but trouble. Turbo went and damaged the engine within the first week, had to have a new engine, apparently this was done but he refused to give us any receipt of the work, didn't give us the new engine number, said he didnt have to then threw his law firm at us to try and scare us. So he didnt fit a new engine at all, absolute lies. He even tried to palm us off with old receipts that carried the registration of a completely different car. While battling to get this sorted, the knock that we had reported early on and he dismissed turned out to be the steering rack, completely deteriorated since the day we got it. Problem with the sensors since day one, we would be driving down the road and the car would suddenly SLAM on, and we were told this was normal and it was down to shadows on the road, again absolute nonsense. We eventually had to sell this car to get something safe, and that car had depriciated by nearly 50% in value in under 2 years. Absolute waste of my hard earned money, I would not recommend this garage to anyone, he is very deceiving and untrustworthy and you are best spending your money somewhere it can be respected and will be used to get you a sound investment, NOT a massive headache like we bought.

The ease & convenience of the entire process is five stars. However, I was informed after sending in my silver that they really aren't accepting or offering much for silver right now because the refineries are at capacity and it is near impossible to resell. This kind of goes against the entire premise of "cash for silver"... But, fortunately, I also sent in a handful of gold items as well! (FYI-Cash for Silver USA and Cash for Gold USA are the same address and company). After declining the very low initial offer, I called and spoke with John, who was very courteous and helpful. We were able to reach an agreement on the gold items and they shipped back the silver items to me at no charge. The website mentions they accept jewelry with gemstones and/or diamonds, But the truth is that they ONLY make offers for non-lab grown diamonds of a significant size. I received $0 for the gemstones, lab grown diamonds, and small diamond cut pieces in my gold jewelry. I would suggest doing your research and having a number in mind when sending off your items. Do not waver from this number and speak to an actual person before accepting/declining an offer! I would definitely use this company again, keeping in mind the information I learned during this initial experience! 🫡👍

Laura from Optima sent out a surveyor they said we might be entitled to government grant. Surveyor was lovely. He was in our house for over 1 hour. He said he would let Optama know his findings and they would be in touch. Laura rang to say they would be in touch to discuss. We were told by the surveyor to expect an energy report at the very least. The company never got back to me to advise if we were getting the grant. I can only assume after several attempts to contact them that we weren’t accepted for grant. We didn’t meet the criteria. That’s 5 months now.

This place was one of my favorite play sources, now ...it's awful, I've been waiting since Dec 9th for my 276.00 to paypal...and of course "in queue for processing" in which it's been that way for awhile now. If anyone knows of anyone filing lawsuits, please leave me a message. I'm done with the auto responses I get everyday when I file my complaint. And again ..the same automated response...smh!! You all should be ashamed!!

Absolutely GREAT customer service, I ordered a bag which was larger than I expected. I emailed the company who answered my many, many questions, my return was dealt super quick, my return arrived with them before 10.30 and I had my replacement the next day. They lie to you about the refund. They promise a full refund if they dont complete your case. They drag your case on for months at a time and then when they dont complete anything they tell you they can only get you a partial refund. Scam Scam Scam. If you ask for a supervisor they give you the run around game. Stay away from these people save your money.

I contacted BG to let them know about a problem with the gas meter. They were very helpful on the phone and then arranged for an engineer to call in and replace the meter. That work was carried out in a timely fashion and to a high standard. The engineer was a very nice person and the whole experience was positive.
