Program Structure & Calorie Ranges

Our meal plans are designed around three core goals:

  • Weight Loss
  • Weight Maintenance
  • Muscle Gain

Each program follows a general calorie range per meal to support your chosen goal over time. Rather than fixed daily calorie totals, we provide balanced meals that vary slightly from day to day to offer variety, flavor, and flexibility, while staying within your selected plan’s target range.

* For any medical condition or dietary restriction that requires specialized nutrition, we encourage you to consult our dietitian before subscribing. Our meals are designed to support general wellness and are not intended to address specific medical conditions. Caloria does not assume responsibility for how the meals may affect underlying conditions.

Allergens & Food Safety

We understand that food sensitivities and allergies are a serious concern. While we are always careful in how we prepare our meals, please note:

  • Our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and eggs
  • Ingredient omissions can often be arranged, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free or cross-contamination-free environment

If you have a severe food allergy, we recommend reviewing your options carefully and reaching out to our team before subscribing.

Deduction after the start of service as Admin fee its mandatory to deduct from refund amount.

- Monthly Subscribers If you want to dis-continue with us within the timeframe of 5 days from the beginning of your package then we will be deducting the food cost + Admin fee and refund you the rest.

If after the timeframe of 5 days, then we will be deducting food cost + Admin fee+ 30% out of the subscription fee and refund you the rest.

- Weekly Subscriber If you want to dis-continue with us within the timeframe of 2 days from the start date of your package then we will be deducting the food cost + Admin fee and refund you the rest.

If after the timeframe of 2 days, then we will be deducting food cost + Admin fee+ 30% out of the subscription fee and refund you the rest.

Note: There are no charges for freezing of service, client can avail this facility multiple times in the duration of their package. Please allow us the time of 20 working days to proceed with your refund.
