Appointments will open at 8 AM, February 25. Appointments are done on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once full, you will wait for the following month to schedule an available appointment.

Online Applications will open Monday, March 2, at 8 AM.

Paper Applications will no longer be accepted.
Clients will have to schedule an in-person appointment or submit an online application.

Processing may take up to 14 business days starting from the date your application is assigned.

Due to the high volume of daily submissions, the processing period does not begin on the day of submission.
